We hid behind a wall as Rose turned on the tablet and handed me one side of the ear buds, so that we could listen to Hailee and Shawn's conversation.

"Are you ready Hailee?" I asked.

"Yeah. Um... okay here I go." We heard through the ear buds.

I hear her footsteps and ever step I could feel my heart pounding louder and louder.

Hailee: Hey Shawn.

Shawn: Aw my favorite girl has come back to get more. Sorry but I'm not interested.

Hailee: Oh you're so funny. Of course I don't want more of that.

Shawn: What do you want Hailee?

Hailee: I just want to know how it's going with Laura.

Shawn: Oh. Eh. I've thought about ending this dating thing we have on. 'Cause she's too innocent.

Hailee: Well that's good. Pretty sure you weren't her type anyway.

Shawn: Not her type? I am every girls type.

Hailee: Not her's, I guess. And well her ex has been reaching out to her.

Shawn: How do you know? It sounded like he was getting a little offended.

Hailee: She told me. And to my eyes he is way better than you. You are getting to flabby.

Rose and I laughed.

Shawn: Are you calling these rock hard abs flabby?

Hailee: Well his are rock hard compared to yours.

Shawn: What does this guy look like anyways.

Hailee: Ah here let me look for the picture she sent me. Oh here it is.

I couldn't find the one at the beach when I sent it to Hailee. So I sent the one from Mexican Independence Day. I wrote on him and took the picture.  

Shawn: (clearing his throat) Still better.

Hailee: Yeah still better than you. I say you start to up-dose your shakes.

Shawn: Um... yeah I'm going to do that not because of him but I mean I could tone my body a little more. And why do you have him as your screensaver.
