How I Became Savannah Solo Part 7

Friday & Saturday September 16th & 17th

Friday 

Tobin and I woke up and went down to breakfast. The team ate and then we had recovery. I finished at 10:30 and went to my room to pack. We loaded up the bus and went to the airport.

Hope: Baby Horse have you done your school work?
Me: I only have today's to do
Hope: alright just making sure, watch the attitude

We boarded the plane and I was on the inside of Ali and Ashlyn. Once we leveled out I pulled out my computer and started my German homework. I finished and got half way through English before we landed. We went to the hotel and Jill turned to us.

Jill: alright ladies lunch is in 30 minutes and then training is at 5 and dinner at 8.

We went to our rooms and put our bags away before going to lunch. I finished my English and calculus while I ate.

Ali: so, where are you at with college?
Me: I have to make a verbal commitment by December 16th
Ash: do you know where yet?
Me: nope, but I will tell you guys when I do

I got up and got my gear before going to the room. I checked my phone and had a message from Garvin.

Garvin: Congrats on your goal yesterday. I need you to send me your sizes in shirt, pants, shoes, and dress so I can send them to the stores for Rebel Runway. Also on Monday your groups have a run through so you can learn your spot.
Me: Thank you, shirt- AS, pants- 0 or 22, shoes- 8, and dress is 2. Also, what stores do I have?
Garvin: Buckle, King of Hearts, Twisted Peacock, and Jessie's.
Me: alright thank you
Garvin: of course, see you Monday

I got dressed and headed to the bus. We got to the stadium and did our short sessions. Back at the hotel we showered and then went to dinner.

Beck: Baby Horse after you eat I need you
Me: okay

Once I finished eating I went to Beck. He evaluated my ankle and then wrapped ice on it.

Beck: I want this to get better so I'm upping your treatments. I want to see you after breakfast and lunch tomorrow.
Me: alright

I went to movie night in Sonnett and Horan's room. I watched the movie for once and then we all went to our rooms and crashed. 

Saturday

Tobin woke me up at 7 and we went to breakfast. I ate and went to see Beck. I got my ice treatment and then went to my room.

Garvin: do you like these outfits?
Me: yeah those are fine
Garvin: alright thanks.

I went down to lunch and fixed my plate. I sat down and texted Kiley and Megan.

Ali: Savannah!
Me: huh, what?
Ali: I asked you how your football did last night?
Me: oh we tied 17-17
Alex: where's your head at Baby Horse
Me: uh nowhere, I have to go see Beck see you later.

I got up and went to my ice treatment.

*Ash: that was weird
Tobin: yeah, she's been like that since she woke up, not to mention glued to her phone.
Kelley: that's probably about her Rebel Runway on Tuesday
Hope: her Rebel what?
Kelley: she told me yesterday, but her cheer team does this fundraiser where the girls model outfits of stores. People buy tickets to the show
Alex: aw that's cool
Hope: medusa doesn't tell me anything.

The girls finished lunch and then Alex, Kelley, Tobin, Allie and I watched Grey's Anatomy until dinner at 5:30. We ate quickly and then went to change before loading up the bus. We got to the stadium and went to the field.

A lot of people were there and we went into warmups before Jill called us over.

Jill: Ladies this is Tanner from Make A Wish. He will be training with us a little bit today.

We all introduced ourselves and then split up into groups. We worked on turnovers and then did 6v6 to end. We did our break and once I signed Tanner's jersey I went to other fans and then went to get ice from Beck. Once I got my ice I headed to the bus. Everyone eventually got on and instead of Kelley sitting next to me it was Hope.

Hope: today is a bad day isn't it
Me: yeah
Hope: why didn't you tell me?
Me: I thought it would get better
Hope: how about we skip movie night with the team and have one of our own?
Me: okay

The bus pulled up the hotel and we went to our rooms. I showered and then headed to Hope and Kelley's room.

Kelley: hey Baby Horse, Hope's in the shower
Me: alright thank you
Kelley: you know anytime you want to talk I'm here or even if you want to get out of town my place is always open.

Me: thank you squirrel
Kelley: anytime, goodnight Baby Horse

Kelley left and Hope came out of the shower 10 minutes later. Hope changed and then got in bed next to me.

Hope: what did you pick?
Me: Safe Haven

We got about 30 minutes in when Hope spoke up.

Hope: wanna talk about it?
Me: I don't know why it's a bad day. I just woke up and I missed her.
Hope: I had those days but it gets better

Me: I know

I almost made it to the end but I fell asleep 20 minutes before. Hope shut off the movie and the light before going to bed herself.
