How I Became Savannah Solo Part 7

Saturday & Sunday October 29th & 30th

Allie's wedding, Vote please! - Blaire

I woke up at 4 and ate breakfast. Lydia drove me to the airport and I caught my flight to Miami for Allie's wedding. I landed at 8:30 and took an Uber to the address Alex sent me.

Me: Al!
Alex: Baby Horse! I'm so glad you're here. Allie's freaking out
Me: what why?
Alex: one of her other bridesmaids got food poisoning last night and can't stop throwing up
Me: oh, alright well go clam her down and I'll do whatever you were supposed to be doing.
Alex: okay go make sure the seats are set, food is on the way, and that Tobin is up and getting ready
Me: alright

Alex went to Allie and I went out to go check the seats. The guys just finished setting them up. I went back up and found Alex's phone. I called the cater and then were on the way to set up the food, the last thing I had to was wake Tobin who was asleep on the couch.

Me: Tobin up and at em.
Tobin: ugh what time is it?
Me: 10:22
Tobin: alright where's Allie
Me: Alex was calming her down like 20 minutes ago. I'm guessing in her dressing room.
Tobin: alright thanks

Tobin went to Allie's dressing room and I finished organizing the bouquets and groom's ties.

Allie: Baby Horse!
Me: yeah?
Allie: you're my new bridesmaid
Me: are you sure
Allie: yes, now checklist
Alex: go
Allie: seats
Me: check
Allie: food
Me: on the way
Allie: dresses
Alex: check
Allie: Tobin.
Tobin: I'm here
Allie: alright good we're on time, let's get ready.

Alex and a couple other girls helped Allie do her makeup while I did mine and Tobin's. We got dressed and I helped Alex do her makeup before helping Allie into her dress. We were all ready by 3 and headed down.

Each bridesmaid walked down with a groomsman and then split to each side. The flower girls came down and then Allie did. Allie and Jose said their vows and the preacher announced Mr. and Mrs. Bati. We had the reception and I caught up with Ali, Ashlyn, and Kelley. Tobin made a toast after Alex had her maid of honor speech. Kelley and I got to our room at like 2 and crashed. 

SUNDAY

I woke up at 5:30 and woke Kelley.

Kelley: what it's too early!
Me: come on let's go surf
Kelley: surf?

Me: yes, you go get Ash and I'll get Tobin
Kelley: Dude they probably aren't you know clothed
Me: exactly you're older, I'm just a baby

Kelley: I hate you, and you're a baby my ass

Kelley and I changed and went to go get Tobin and Ash.

Me: Tobin wake up
Tobin: no
Me: yes, we're going to surf
Tobin: who's we
Me: Kell, you, Ash and me
Alex: just go or shut up
Me: ugh fine

Tobin got up and changed and we went to find Kelley.

Me: so?
Kelley: I saw Ash naked but she'll be out in a minute
Tobin: dang
Ash: are we going or what?
Me: you know for someone who got some last night you're grouchy
Ash: I was hoping for more but Kelley squashed that
Kell: blame Baby Horse

We finally got to the beach and rented boards. We surfed for hours and then we and picked up breakfast. Once Ali and Alex woke up we ate at 10. We talked for bit and then headed to the airport.

Me: I wish I could join you guys for that Halloween party
Ash: Hope would kill me and then you
Me: tell me about it, Tobs I know why you're not but what about you Kell?
Kell: normally I would but I'm going home to see my family before our next camp.
Me: must be nice
Alex: come on twin you need to not miss your flight today

We got to my gate and I said goodbye to the girls. I landed in West Point at 2:30 and Brad picked me up. We went to my house and caught up.

Brad: how was the wedding?
Me: it was so pretty; I wish you could've been there
Brad: I know but family calls
Me: I know.

Brad and I took Duke for his run and then showered before eating dinner. I did my math homework and then Brad and I watched a movie and fell asleep.
