Love Me Or Leave Me

Alison POV

  She felt emotionally bankrupt. The was nothing left to feel, nothing left to say, nothing left but the void that enveloped her mind in swirling blackness. With tears streaming down my face, I could do nothing but sit cross-legged on the sandy shore and stare at the horizon in front of me. Waves of a deep royal blue crept towards me before running away, only to repeat the process in a cycle that caused droplets of salty water to spray onto my bare, sand-encrusted feet. But beyond those magical waves was something even more amazing and breath-taking: The sunset. Beautiful smudges of coral, lavender, turquoise, and a fiery orange blended together to create a sight so astounding it swept me away from all of my worries, just like the waves creeping over seashells and stealing them in a matter of seconds. My last teardrop fell and hit the soft white sand, and a warm feeling of safety and security overwhelmed me as the sun dipped down below the horizon. The vast ocean in front of me was my home, where I belonged, a place to escape from my life away from the waves. Nothing could ever take that feeling away. 

  The water was gentle as I waded through it, the sunset like orange paint on a blue canvas. The water was clean and soft. Gentle.
If I hadn't been a victim of a sea storm, I would have believed the facade. The water was powerful, with enough force to destroy and rival the land.

But then, the most innocent faces were the wildest.  

I come out the water and sat down on the shore.Looking down at my belly with tears in my eyes.

  I am not gonna allow myself to be defeated by what I may think is love within me. I will not allow myself to go back to what is wrong, what continues to hurt me, yet, i somehow find myself back within your traps, in the chains you've made for me. I am confused as to why i continue to allow myself back within your selfish heart... but not again I WILL NOT ALLOW myself ever again to go back to what i thought was love, what was perfect and once beautiful. because now I'm better and now my heart is made of armor. I swear the next time I see you,I'd hurt you more than you hurt me.

I get up and start walking home feeling so out of it.I open the front door and everyone stares at my every move.Roy Roy  got out of her father's embrace and ran into my arms.

''Mommy I'm sweepy but I  was wfaiting for you''

''Come let me put you to bed''I carry her to her room and lay her down reading Cinderella for her.She quickly falls to sleep and I wrap a sheet around her and tiptoe out her room.I walk back outside and see Chris who had a sad expression.

''What's wrong?''

''I have to leave for tour right now''I nod and hug him before asking.

''Told her goodbye''

''Yeah she was a bit sad''

''How long''

''1 YEAR''

''1 FREAKING YEAR''I ask shock.He nods and I take a deep breath.

''I'll take care of her, don't worry''

''I know, I'm gonna go before paps see me here''I nod and he walks out the door leaving me standing in front everyone else.

''How's Camila ?''

''She left, she says she's very sorry for everything''I nod and slowly walk to the bathroom.I open the water and sit under the sprinkers with my eyes closed.I probably did that for about 2 hours before completely bathing and brushing my teeth.I try my skin and change into the outfit above.I sit in my room playing my piano and righting down lyrics to what I was feeling.

We all go to her room and follow her and stay quiet as we saw her getting ready to sing.

I took a video with my phone and set it as my ring tone.The voice boomed across the sky. He could listen to it all day. It was a voice to sink in as it wraps you up. Yet, vibrating with power and command. It was a voice with authority as a kindly laugh shook the ground like a storm.Her voice rolled over the hills in sorrowful waves. Swells of power rose up in her throat. I couldn't even tell if it was words that came from her. Her voice was music, and grace, and the haunting feeling of knowing that her voice was brought out in a fit of rage, of pain. Her hand went to her heart and her head rose as she belted out the final notes. My friends could tell me I have a nice voice, but I would never believe them again.

She wipes her eyes and comes walking to the door and we scatter.

''Guys we have graduation in two days''Ali said as her eyes widened.
