After that night when Harry told me about my parents we were inseparable. We spent the last of our summer vacation at his house watching movies. I didn't see the mean violent Harry, I saw the kind, cheeky Harry. He was surprisingly so nice. Why can he be like that all the time, and nice to everyone?
But after the last days of summer, it was finally time to go to college. Its actually kind of nice because Harry goes to a different college nearby so I don't have to worry about any distraction from him. Even though he will probably be there a lot because of almost all of his friends go to my college.
After getting out of the shower and drying myself off I put on a pair of blue skinny jeans and a white button up shirt. I roll up the sides so it goes right above my wrist. I put on my tan flats that go perfectly with my outfit. I curl my hair in natural curls and pin back both sides of my hair. I top off my outfit with a necklace and a few gold bracelets.
I apply a coating of mascara and some lip gloss. I look at myself in the mirror and look at myself before heading toward the kitchen. I pour some coffee in a to go cup and lock my door before leaving. I make my way down the flight of stairs to my car. I see Harry leaning up against his SUV with a cigarette in the corner of his mouth. I watch as he inhales the smoke and drags the smoke out. He turns his head toward me and instantly drops his cigarette and steps on it, twisting his foot.
"Hey I bought you breakfast," He smiles.
"Oh thanks but you didn't have to," I warmly smiles grabbing the bag.
I look in the bag to see a blue berry muffin.
"Thanks I love these!" I smile and pull him into a tight hug.
"Your welcome," He cheekily smiles.
"Well I should get going, I want to be a little early on my first day,"
"Oh okay see you later," He kisses my forehead.
I blush and head over to my car. I look back to see the same piercing green eyes staring at me intently. I awkwardly put my car in drive and drive toward the university.
It doesn't take long until I pull into the parking lot. I pull down the mirror above my head and check how I look before getting out. I swing my bag over my shoulder and make my way to the front of the building. There isn't a lot of people here yet because im 20 minutes early.
My first Anatomy class is on the opposite end of the building. I take my time to get there, taking in every detail of the campus.
When I finally get there I only have 5 minutes until class starts. I take a seat toward the back, not wanting to get any attention. I hate being the center of attention, it bothers me so much.
I get out my notebook and pencil and set them infront of me. I watch as the room starts to fill up. I see a familiar face walk in. Its Matt. I try to hide my face so maybe he wouldn't see me. After the incident the other day, I don't really want to talk to him.
I look up and hes staring right at me. I curse under my breath and pretend that im doing something important on my phone. From the corner of my eye I cant see that he is making his way toward me. He sits down next to me.
"Hey Lacey," He softly says.
"Oh hey sorry I didn't see you," I lie glancing away.
He chuckles, shaking his head.
"What?"
"Im not stupid. I know your avoiding me," He looks over at me.
I feel my cheeks heat up. But thankfully im interrupted by my professor talking. She introduces herself and starts her lecture.
She starts to say; 'Today we will begin our first lecture on Neurology and stress. Stress is an inherent aspect of life that can have tremendous negative effects on your mental and physical health. Coping with stress is a critical part of how well we all live. There is different kinds of stress. The first kind would be stress on your body. It would negatively effect your bones. Another stress is the kind that effects your mental ability. That's when neurology comes in. Stress could cause a tumor in your brain. And when the tumor is now developing it will get bigger and will cause side affects.'
I lose track of what exactly shes saying when my phones vibrates in my pocket. I look down at the screen and see Harrys number on my screen.
Harry; 'How's your first day going?'
Me; 'Boringgg. Were learning about stress.'
He responds back almost instantly.
Harry; 'Ohhh. Want me to come pick you up?'
Me; 'Its my first day. Ill pull through, but thanks anyway.'
Harry; 'Oh okay..'
I finish my first class and start making my way back a crossed campus. Im honestly so tired already. I think I might actually go home.
Me; 'Can you come pick me up?'
Harry; 'Be there in 10.(:'
I walk over to the nearby bench and wait for Harry to arrive. Its not long until he pulls up. He gets out and walks over to me.
"Wanna go do something?" He asks.
"Depends what it is,"
"Its a surprise," He smirks.
I nod and get into the SUV, buckling my seat belt. He puts the car in drive and pulls out of the parking lot. I look back, and I see someone staring at us as we drive away. It was actually kind of creepy. I turn my head back around and try to focus on where Harry could possibly be taking me right now.
Wow this chapter completely sucked. Sorryyy, ill make it up to you. Maybe ill just call this a 'Filler' chapter! (:
