It's been over a week now since I moved here to New York. I managed to get some furniture and pictures into the apartment. I makes it look more 'homy' I guess you could say.

I haven't seen Harry in a couple days. I would see him for a day or two, then he would just disappear. It's weird actually. He's not like anyone I have ever met before. He's so confident when he walks, he doesn't care about what anyone thinks. Ugh why am I even thinking about him. I barely even know him.

I have barely been out of the apartment this week. I've been so busy with getting the apartment in place, that I haven't been out. So I mind as well go out and look around for a while. I only have 3 weeks of summer break left until I start at the university. I should go out while I can.

I quickly change into a pair of denim shorts and a white tank top. I pin my hair back and curl it before grabbing my keys and heading out.

I quickly lock my door and start heading to my car. I look down at my phone to see what time it is but ended up bumping into someone.

"Shit sorry I didn't see you," I said, looking up to see Harry.

"It's fine," He said, his piercing green eyes staring at me.

There was a long silence before finally Harry broke it.

"Hey would you like to go get something to eat?"

"Um yeah I guess," well that was random.

He nods, turning around walking toward the exit. I follow closely behind until we get to the car. He gets in the car slamming the door behind him, and I do the same.

The car ride is almost silent except for the low music playing on the radio. We finally pull up to what looks like a little Italian restaurant.

We both get out and choose a table that's in the back of the restaurant. He sits down and hands me a menu that he grabbed when he walked in. The waitress comes over to us and gives Harry a flirtatious smile. Harry doesn't seem to pay attention which makes her upset. It's actually funny.

"So why did you decide to move to New York anyway?" He stares at me.

"I've been wanting to move here since I was 10. I started saving up money to move and finally moved here. I'm going to be going to the NYU in about 3 weeks,"

He nods, "it was a mistake moving here,"

Before I could answer our food arrives and we start eating. Why would he say that? He doesn't even know me. Those words just keep replaying in my head.

My thoughts are interrupted by Harry's phone ringing. He looks at the caller ID and furrows his eyebrows before answering. I watch him intently as his facial expressions dramatically change. I thought I saw sadness run through his features for a moment until it turned into anger. His eyes went from a light shade of green, to a darker shade. He ends the call after about 30 seconds.

"I'm sorry, but I have to go. I'll just um see you later," he said before laying money down playing for everything.

"Why what happened?"

"Don't worry about it," he snapped, running out.

Pssh fine then. But where did he go? Maybe I should just follow him.

I quickly get up from my seat. And Jog out following those head of curls. What am I getting myself into?
