Chapter 13

Jade's POV

Now we are in the auditorium and rehearsing for the regionals with our chreography for regionals coming over.

"Okay everyone take five because I hold in my hand, ladies and gentlemen, our competition for regionals. Drumroll, please. From North Central High School in Indianapolis, the Hoosierdaddies." Mr. Schue says to us.

"That's very clever." Tina mumbled.

"And from Our Lady of Perpetual Loneliness in Battle Creek, Michigan, the Nun-Touchables." Mr. Schue says to us.

"Wait, is that a convent?" Blaine frowns.

"Guys, I like our chances against both these squads, but we still got a lot of work to do." Mr. Schue says to us.

"Mr. Schue, please stop talking." Brittany says to us. "I have an announcement. I regret to inform you a deadly asteroid is headed our way." Brittany says to us.

"Wait, didn't we just go through this at Christmas?" Blaine asks Brittany.

"Yeah, and is it true you and Sam got married? Did that happen?" Tina asks Brittany.

"Shut up, Tina. I'm naming this comet. Tubbington-Bopp, and it is headed straight for Lima." Brittany says to us.

"Wait, so is it an asteroid or a comet?" Artie asks.

"It's both." Brittany simply said.

"It cant be both." I frown.

"Wouldn't NASA know something about this?" Marley asks.

"We can't trust NASA. I mean, last month a meteor exactly like Tubbington-Bopp hit Russia with no warning at all." Brittany says to us.

"Oh, so now it's a meteor." Artie simply said.

"That's right, Artie, And when this meteorite hits, I will not be spending my time in this room preparing for regionals.
I will be spending my last hours making amends with somebody who I need to get right with. Someone who I love very much.
Lord Tubbington. So go back to your homes and hide your wife, hide your kids and hide your wife. McKinley High, I salute you." Brittany says to us and walk away.

"I dont see anything in my telescope." I frown.

"Maybe she has another type of telescope." Blaine says to me.

I'm just shrug and exhale. It's kinda stupid actually because astronomy is my guilty pleasure and I had my secret place in the atfic for my research.

"You didnt tell me that you have telescope in your house." Ryder says to me and standing next to my locker.

"Dont mention that." I simply said.

"Why? You are trying to hide something from your boyfriend?" Ryder raises his eyebrows at me.

"No, it's just embarassing to tell people that I love astronomy and science." I said to him.

"Baby, that's the thing that make you look smart in my eyes. Why are you embarassed with that?" Ryder chuckles.

"That's not really me." I chuckle and shut my locker. "Okay, what about we go home and I will tell you about my attic room amd the telescope?" I raise my eyebrows at him.

"Sure. And you can cook me food then we can have make out and study then make out again and study again." Ryder smirks at me.

"Well, if you cant stop talking, we will play basketball and I will make you lose." I simply said and start walking.
