Y/n's POV

     I could feel the sun burning through my eyes but I was not having it. I've been so exhausted lately and I don't know why. What I do know, is that today is a special day. Well .. kind of.

Exactly today, Dinah accidentally drunk texted me. I don't even know if she remembers or if she even cares, but I want today to be focused on just me and her.

I sit up, Dinah still laying in bed sound asleep. I get on top of her as I pepper her face with kisses the way I usually wake her up. Even though it never works.

"Babyyy, wake up" I whisper into her ear as I continue to kiss down her jaw.

Finally giving up, I walk into the bathroom preparing myself for today.

As I'm brushing my teeth I feel two arms snake around my body and hold me.

"Guess what day today is" I hear Dinah whisper into my ear causing shivers down my spine.

"I know baby, exactly today-"

"I drunk texted you" Dinah says moving my body to face hers pulling me into a kiss.

"God, I love you so much Dinah"

"I love you more babe"

"So guess what I got so that we can have fun on this very special day" Dinah says trailing off.

"What" I say jumping on to her as she's laying on the bed.

"Ive got two tickets, to see kehlani, and they have both of our names on it" she says as she pulls me closer to her body.

"REALLY BABE" I say bouncing on her from excitement, causing a moan to escape from her lips.

"Maybe you shouldn't bounce on me like that" Dinah says causing a giggle to escape my lips.

"When's the concert?" I ask her curiously.

"Tonight. Duhh babe, catch up" she says getting up, pulling me with her.

A/n y'all are hella lucky cause I opened this app like 10 times and not wanted to write but I will :)

"What time is the concert at babe?" I ask as I'm looking for something to wear in my suitcase.

"It's gonna be here in the Bay Area at 7:30 pm" she says as walks into the bathroom.

I feel bad.

This is one of her hometowns, she should be with family, not me.

As soon as she walks out the door I grab her hand and bring her to the bed again.

"What now babe?" She asks utterly confused.

"We can't go out tonight"

"Why not?" She raises an eyebrow in confusion.

"Your family is here, you need to spend time with them, not with me babe"

"I'll see them tomorrow, you'll be my family soon babe" she says smiling so brightly as she pulls me on her lap.

"You know," I say staring into her eyes.

"What?" She says leaning closer to my face.

"I love you so freaking much" I say sealing it with a kiss.
