Josh's POV

"Mom, can we talk,"

"Yes hunny what's up?" she said

"Well I have this fren and uh he needs a place to stay and uh, can he stay with us," I asked nervously

She smiled at me and nodded.

"Of course dear, but why does he need a place," she asked.

"Uh he needs to get away from his parents," I said.

"Also they kicked him out," I lied.

"That's horrible! Of course he can stay!"

I was so happy!  I walked outside and told him that he could and we walked in.

"Mom," I called.

"Yes dear," she said.

"This is Tyler," I introduced.

He awkwardly smiled and waved.

"Hello dear, I'm Ms. Dun!"

"Thanks for giving me a place to stay," Tyler said gratefully.

She smiled and gave us both a hug.

We went up to my room and I welcomed Tyler in.

"Uh do you think we can go get some of my things later if my parents aren't home?" He asked.

"Of course babe," I said with a smile.

⚠️TYLERS POV⚠️

We ate lunch and then walked to my house, or my old one. There were no cars home so that was good. I walked in and found a note. It was from a family member. It said that mom and dad had gone to jail for drunk driving and possessing drugs.

"Thank god," I said and Josh agreed.

We walked upstairs I went into my room and grabbed everything I wanted throwing it into bags. I didn't have very much.

Josh walked home to go get the car as we thought we wouldn't need it. I picked up my ukulele while I was there and began to sing.

We don't believe what's on Tv,
Because it's what we want to see,
And what we want we know we can't
Believe, we have all learned to kill our dreams.

I suddenly heard some clapping. I turned around to see Josh. I couldn't help but blush.

"Tyler your voice makes me so happy and I really love you," he said.

I waked over to him and poked his nose .

"You're so adorable," I reminded him.

He smiled and the glow in his eyes sparkled more than ever. He was truly a beautiful human.

He put his fingers under my chin and guided my chin to his lips. We passionately kissed.

He pinned me to a wall and kissed my neck trailing them down towards my collar bone.

He came back up and kissed me roughly again and I returned the favor. I ran my fingers through his beautiful soft hair.

He was mine.

I was never letting him go.

We stopped and resumed what we were doing. We put all the bags and objects into the car and drove away.

When we got back to Josh's house I unpacked all my things and put them in their place. They had an extra bedroom that I could have so I put all my clothes in the closet I there.

I set up my key board in the corner along with my ukulele.

I placed my laptop on the bed and laid out my blanket I had brought.

Well this is where I'm staying. I collapsed on the bed and fell asleep.

Dream:

I walked up towards the bridge. Everything was silent and still. I sat on the railing of the bridge and stared down.

Do it they said.
It's what you want they would tell me.

Maybe they were right. Maybe I should jump.

So I did.

It all went black.

"Tyler, wake up babe,"

I woke up crying and screaming.

Josh looked at me worriedly.

"Bad dream?" He asked.

"Yeah," I said sobbing.

He laid down next to me and I burrowed my head into his chest.

"Do you want to share," he asked.

I shrugged "sure."

"Okay go on," he said

"We-ll I-uh went to the bridge, and I uh jumped and they wouldn't leave me alone," I told him with tears.

"Who is they," he asked.

"Blurryface, my inner demon," I told him.

He gave me a nod and we laid down together.

God I love him.

"I love you Tyler Joseph."

"I love you too Josh Dun."

We then fell asleep in each other's arms.
