Josh's POV

I woke up next to Tyler. I got up and planted a sweet kiss on his nose. God he was so cute.

I made myself a bowl of cereal and ate it until I realized how stale it actually was. I got up and discarded it.

I walked up to my room and got dressed for the day. I picked up around my room so it would stay some what neat. I liked having a tidy space. It was nice.

I sat on my bed and scrolled through my feed. I heard a little giggle and I looked up and there he was.

"Well good morning," I said.

"Good morning," he replied.

"So what do you think about going on a date," I asked with a smile.

"Oh, that seems nice, let's do it," Tyler said.

I smiled. He went to get dressed and I tried to think where to take him.

I decided to ask if he would like to go to Lucy's Diner. It was a very good restaurant that was casual and small.

I proposed the idea and he agreed. We got into my car and drove to Lucy's. We got out and walked in.

Barely anyone was in there. We ordered and ate our food. It was a great meal.

We chit chatted for a while and talked about things such as mental health and what's going on in life.

We paid and left.

We went home and found a note.

It read "Hey boys, I won't be home until next Friday because I had to leave for an emergency business trip. I left some money on the counter in an envelope for food and needed groceries, nothing else. Love you. If you need me just shoot a text or call if it's urgent."

6 days by ourself! Sweet!

I love my mother, but I love the thought of being alone with Tyler, and I have a feeling he does too.

I mean his smirk says it all.

We went into the living room and watched a random movie that was on a random channel.

We both fell asleep right next to each other.

God I love him.
