THE BEGINNING

Christmas morning

COLSON

"It's Christmas, wake up" Casie yelled, fully on top of me, she was shaking the shit out of the bed and me. I opened my eyes to see my beautiful daughter grinning down at me, I smile, a real smile, authentic "Good morning daddy" she spoke, she climbed off of me and grabbed my hand.

"Good morning Casie" I replied still tired as hell, I looked up to see MJ, she was in her robe watching Casie with a glint of love in her eyes "Morning MJ did y'all already wake up the boys?"

"Yes we did now let's go open our presents Colson," MJ said almost as excited as Casie, I chuckled as Casie jumped on my back before I stood up,

"Why are you so tall daddy?" Casie asked, Her arms damn near choking me, I laughed and MJ did the same.

"I don't know, I just am." she nodded, we walked down the stairs to see the guys patiently waiting for us on the couch. They all looked tired as fuck, what time is it anyway?

"What time is it?" I asked as I let Casie climb off my back,

"It's 11, I woke up at 7 to start cooking" MJ replied I looked at her crazy, she woke up at 7? That's hella early.

MARILYN

After an hour Everyone finished opening their presents, it was so messy. There was paper and tape everywhere, but it was all for a good cause. I got Colson a yellow Neff beanie, some custom boxers that say MGK, and a lot of HUF clothing, as for the boys I got them each a g-shock watch in their favorite colors along with some other things.

My stripping money really came in handy.

"Guys I have something to tell you.." I said after cleaning up all the wrapping paper and bows

"oh god kells you didn't get her pregnant did you?" Slim yelled at Colson, K's eyes widened, his mouth falling open like he was unsure.

"No I am not pregnant," they all sighed in relief, "I'm moving back to LA, I got a record deal.. I got the call a week ago"

"A record deal.. with who?" Colson asked I couldn't tell whether or not he was happy or mad, his face was unreadable.

"Rostrum Records" I smiled and fiddled with my fingers,

"I thought Wiz was signing you?" He asked, his head cocked to the side,

"Nah but I'm supposed to be meeting up with him on January 3rd" everyone congratulated me except Colson, he looked a little weird, maybe even mad. I decided to go check on the turkey and start cooking the rest of the food. I took the turkey out, finished stuffing and basting it before I put it back in the oven. As I finished the mashed potatoes and baked mac and cheese someone put their arms around my waist I recognized their arms almost immediately because of the tattoos,

"What do you want Colson?" I bit at him, he was the one acting like an asshole.

"To say I'm sorry, I should have congratulated you, I'm just a little mad cause you're moving and I thought you were going to sign with Puff.." he trailed off, I shook my head,

"I'm not really a 'bad boy' type girl, I'm gonna start looking for an apartment with 3 bedrooms so you and the boys or Casie can come over whenever you like," I said turning around and laying my head on his chest, despite him being an asshole, he was always a good person to lean on.

"That'll be nice, who's helping you look for your place?" He asked, I pulled away

"No one unless you wanna fly out wit-"
