"I don't know why you're so upset," Louis sighs. "It's been inevitable for awhile now," he tells me, closing his front door behind him and the two of us making our way towards his kitchen. "Why does my house smell so good?"

Louis has been in LA for the last four days. He had flown over to see Danielle who has been over there recording the next few episodes of 'The Originals', as well as wanting to spend some time with her family. However, upon his return it appears the two of them have decided to go their separate ways, which I'll admit has left me a little devastated. Danielle has become an amazing friend throughout the time her and Louis were together and I'd hate if this meant she didn't want anything to do with me anymore. On top of that, her and Louis complemented each other really well.

"I don't want to lose a good friend," I tell him. "That and I'm gonna miss having her around."

He smiles at me, grabbing my waist and pulling me into his chest, hugging me tightly. "I love you, Frey'," he kisses the top of my head.

"I love you, too, Lou'," I reply, snuggling into his chest.

We stay like that for awhile, holding onto each other, I guess trying to make up for lost time. The two of us have been so focused on our relationships that we've grown distant. Him, Perrie and I had been a trio for many years; we were almost like the three musketeers, and then Niall came into my life, and then Danielle into his, and then the two of us seen Perrie and each other less, despite the fact I lived with her, and then she got with Dylan and I moved out, and she moved in with her mam and now I rarely see either of them and it's safe to say I miss them both so much.

We can't really blame anyone but ourselves - we let this happen. I guess this was the inevitable, we weren't always going to be able to be with each other 24/7. We all had to grow up and grow apart at some stage, however I don't think any of us expected it to be this early. I know neither of them ever expected me to grow away from the trauma I felt years after what Eoin had done to me, and I know Louis never for one second expected that it would be Niall Horan who would be able to help me do so.

"Danielle and I, we've been growing apart for awhile. I love her, I do, but we don't have that spark, not the way you and Niall do."

"Niall and I have a spark," I giggle. "That sounds stupid, Louis," I tell him, rolling my eyes.

"Freya, you and Niall are it for each other, anyone with eyes can see that. You're complete aura perks up just in his presence, and I've never seen someone who can make you smile like he does; I want that relationship Freya. I want to be able to look at someone how Niall looks at you, as if you're the only person in the room. I think Danielle and I always knew we weren't right for each other, but because we loved each other; because we had genuine feelings for each other we tried so hard to make it work for so long."

They always appeared so happy to me. I always pictured Dani as his it, as he put it. She was the first girl he'd introduced to me, so I instantly took that as he was serious about her; and I don't doubt that he was serious about her, I just...

"Are you sure this is what you want?"

"I'm sure, Frey'."

"Well then, if you're happy, so am I," he gives me a toothy grin, telling me how cheesy I am for saying that, but I simply roll my eyes in return, chuckling as I actually think about what I said, and how cheesy it actually did sound.
