THIRTY-TWO

"so where did you go after you left last week?" harry asked and draco began to get nervous

"i headed out" he said "down the road i think is heading south" he shrugged and harry nodded before pulling draco closer to him without warning so he could cuddle his Slytherin boyfriend. A squeak escaped the blondes lips not expecting him to do this and now he was sitting on Harry's lap in front of the fire and Harry's head was resting on Draco's shoulder as he began to play with Draco's slightly long hair

Making a unhuman sound come from Draco's lips like a moan and draco blushed looking away

"cute" harry mumbled softly into his ear making draco grin slighly

"so where did you really go last week" harry asked again he was curious to know why luna escorted him to his dorm and told him to keep an eye on draco

"the library" draco lied

"okay. i trust ya" harry muttered and draco instantly felt bad but how could he tell him he tried to kill himself and that he was close to death but luna saved him

"so uh how are Granger and Weasly?" Draco asked feeling a bit uncomfortable

"their fine"

"and uh how is Parkinson and um Zabini?" harry asked feeling it was only right since draco asked about his friends

"alive.... Probably" draco shrugged he hadnt seen or talked to either of them and instantly felt bad as he got up

"im gonna go find them" he said before putting on his scarf and coat and leaving the common room

Harry watched as draco left and sat there throwing his head back. This relationship would need a shit load of work if it ever wanted to be near good

"Draco Malfoy!" pansy shouted in the corridors and alot of people stared at them before moving on she looked angry as she started running to him only for him to be embraced in a hug she let the moment go on for a long time

"i thought you were gonna do something stupid" she said hugging him tightly as he bit his lip he saw luna walk in the corridor

"i did but someone saved me" draco whispered and pansy pulled away

"who?" pansy asked

"lovegood" draco said glancing at her who didnt even realise pansy running to her she wrapped her arms around the pale faced girl who squeaked and smiled hugging her back while ginny glared at her gritted teeth pansy noticed and pulled away quickly

"free hug thursday?" luna asked

"no you saved him" she cried softly

"of course i did i wasnt going to let him die?" she asked saying it as if it was nothing

"i uh you your great thank you so much" she squeezed her in another hug before running away. She raised her hand and slapped him

"dont you ever try to leave me,potter and blaise behind do you hear me!" she shouted and draco nodded his cheek stingy a bit as she hugged him again thinking about how she could have lost her best friend
