Chapter thirty one
Daddy
[Envy's point of view]
Its been three weeks I have been babysitting Anastasia, we grew a strong bond. Every night I go to her room and stay with her untill she falls asleep.
One day, I went to see Anna. I entered her room and saw her in her bed crying.
"Anastasia? Are you alright?"
She didnt answer, she kept crying. I approached her slowly and sat next to her on her bed. Her face was drowning in tears on her pillow.
"Anna..." I said and touched her shoulder. The moment my hand touched her shoulder she looked back at me frightened, tears in her eyes.
"DADDYYY!" she cried out scared and hugged me.
Daddy?! did she just call me daddy?
"I had a bad dream daddy! It was so scary."
I held her in my arms and kept her close to me.
"You and mommy were fighting, you left mommy and me, then you died daddy!"
Died? Is she remembering what was happening while she was in Beauty?
"Please dont leave daddy."
I hugged her close and carressed her hair to calm her.
"shhhh....its ok, daddys here, its gona be ok"
I waited untill she fell asleep and went to see Beauty in the form of the black cat.
Beaty was sleeping alone on her bed. I entered the room and woke her up after changing back.
"E... Envy... ENVY?!"
"SHHHHH, Keep it down"
"What are you doing here?"
"Its Anna"
"Is she alright?!"
"She remembers"
"Remembers? remembers what?"
"She called me daddy"
"She what?"
I explained to Beauty what happened and she began crying.
"ughhh, you girls cry alot!" I said
"We have to leave!"
"Leave? where to? why?when?"
"Tonight"
