Part 2 of the Little Do They Know saga

Phillipa looked in the mirror, the blue dress tailored just for her. She suddenly felt like Elizabeth Schuyler herself, a strong women. She looked around making sure no one was around. She twirled happily, until call time for the opening night of Hamilton

She stands backstage waiting for the curtain to go up. This is it, now she's freaking out, she smiled as he grabbed her hands telling her to take deep breaths. She admires how handsome he looks with his hair slicked back into a ponytail. She looks out to see the last of people finding their seats

Lin was around to see her spin and hear the 10 minute call, then watch her hyperventilate. 'Deep breaths' he whispers, she sits and collects himself ready; for the opening night of Hamilton.

He makes final checks backstage, Hamilton has to be perfect. He sees her start to breath heavier, he rushes over taking her hands. He notices how small, soft and cold they are and when he leaves for his cue he misses the feeling of her hands in his.

Phillipa looked at herself another time making sure her wig was perfect. She smiled, another opening night but this one was different. When she started to freak out she couldn't admire his handsome face and warm hands.

Lin finds his seat and checks his watch, 10 minute call would've just happened. He smiles going back to that night. 'Deep breaths' he whispers. He watches as she gracefully moved around the stage her checkered skirt following behind. He winced as she kissed another man. He shouldn't have winced.

Phillipa frowned as none of her friends were there to support her, not even her husband was there so when she walked into her dressing room and a bouquet of white roses sat on her makeup table. She smiled. She should smile. The flowers smell nice, she looked over each and everyone. White roses were her favourite.

Lin knew they were her favourite, he walked back stage with the director of her show. The two were friends, he saw as she walked out in a stunning dress. He smiled but then noticed, a white rose tucked behind her ear.

She felt lonely when her husband canceled plans, or never came to her shows, or never went on runs with her but she never felt more alone when Lin walked away. Little does she know... he's always been there...
