Third part in the Little Do They Know saga. okay? okay!

Pippa's morning routine never changed. Wake up blanket-less and slightly chilly, kiss husbands forehead which she stretches to get around the blankets he took. Put on her slippers and walk out their bedroom shutting the door behind her.  Go into the bathroom, shut that door too. Get in the shower, get out the shower. Dry hair with a towel and French braid it, go back into the bedroom and put on clothing for the day. Make breakfast, text and few friends and head out on the town for the days events. It never changed... until Hamilton ended and today was a day like today.

She would still wake up blanket-less but she wouldn't just be slightly chilly, she would be freezing. She wouldn't bother kissing her husbands head or fiancée at past times knowing he was asleep and couldn't notice it anyway. She never bothered with her slippers, letting her cold feet hit the ground. She didn't close any doors, she didn't care if her noise woke him up (not like he would). No shower, just dry shampoo, no French braid either just down and brushed falling around her shoulders. She threw on what ever was on the floor which was usually a pair of jeans and a Hamilton shirt of some kind (she used to steal Lins, they were big and comfy). She wouldn't make breakfast, she'd feel to over weight and she'd sit at the island stools and cry. Cry because she wasn't beautiful, because she wasn't talented, because she wasn't good enough.

Lin always had good morning with different routines each day, he was always prepped for the theatre and always tried to spend as much time as possible with his wife and child before heading to work... that never changed, until Hamilton ended and it was a day like today.

On a day like today nothing really changed except who he was spending his time with. He would sit on the privacy of balcony talking to someone he never expected to hear from.

She didn't know who else to call, sort of. She could have easily called Jasmine or Renee whom without a doubt would've told her she was wrong and that she was perfect but no she called Lin. She needed to know 'he walked away he doesn't care anymore' 'if he picks up maybe he still cares' she thinks, and he does pick up.

Lin picks up with a smile on his face, something he feels like he hasn't done since they walked off that stage together. He listens to her begin with simple conversations and small talk but can hear the sadness straining in her voice. Eventually he asks he what's wrong.

She begins to cry again as she explains how she hates her nose, and the muddy brown of her eyes. She hates her body, how to her it looks disproportionate and weird. How she hates how untalented she is how she just isn't good enough.

He frowns as he listens to the women he loves picks apart herself into pieces. He wants to tell her that he loves her little nose and would do anything to kiss it and how he used to get lost in her eyes and miss his cues because they were intoxicating. He wants to tell her that her body is perfect in every single way shape and form. He wants to tell her that he has never met someone with so much talent coursing through their veins as her and that he's heard a voice like no other. He wants to tell her she is good enough, she is enough. But he doesn't say that, because it could cause conflict and he knows she hates conflict so he says 'Pippa I'm sorry I have to go, know that you have people that love you. Like your husband, go talk to him I'm sure he'll tell you that" and hangs up.

She thinks she's been a bother, that she's wasted his time. She knows now that he doesn't care. He doesn't give a damn about her anymore, that's what time will do to friendships and love. He doesn't care...

But little does she know... he loves her
