"Run Lin, Run...."

Exactly 8 months ago...

   "Okay so you're all probably wondering why I called this "cast meeting'" Lin announced using air quotes around cast. I wasn't technically the whole cast more so just Renee, Jaz, Ant, Chris, Daveed, Johnathan and Lac. "I have an announcement... or erm... Pippa and I have an announcement" he said, Pippa now standing with him grabbed his hand, squeezing it reassuringly. "She and I are officially together!" He said happily, everyone cheered and whooped. It was a happy celebration until he was approached by two women, then he was afraid. Jaz and Renee took on a lot of similar qualities to their Hamilton characters... especially the protectiveness towards their sister. "You fuck this up Lin and we will hurt you" Renee said, Jaz glared which was enough to get their point across. He nodded as they left to go congratulate Pippa. He breathed heavily, they were just protecting her... something that would never change.

   Approximately 5 minutes ago...

    "So we're back here again" Lin said, he thought he was nervous back then but now he was nearly jumping out of his skin. He wasn't nervous for the future or what was about to change, he was merely afraid of rejection and it wasn't from his girlfriend. "So Pippa and I have another... announcement" he stuttered, Pippa once again squeezed his hand. "I'm pregnant" she said with a bright smile. This wasn't intentional but that doesn't mean that she or Lin didn't love their baby any less. Everyone was silent, didn't know what to say, but they weren't mad... most of them. "Lin I don't know what to say" Chris said the happiness evident in his voice. "Oh I do..." Jaz said, Lin gulped. "Your dead Miranda!" Renee said.

  And now...

   He ran as fast as he possibly could, the two women chasing after him. He knew they would come around, just not now. He ran through every hall and took every turn until eventually he made it up to the hall of dressing rooms. "Lin" he heard a whisper. He looked over to Pippa waving him over, he looked behind him. They were no where but he could hear them approaching. "Manuel where the hell are you?!" Jaz yelled, without a second thought he ran over and the two hide in the closet.

    The closet was very small, not that they minded. "They're going to kill me" he whispered, she giggled. "I know, I'll be raising this baby alone" she said, he caresses her cheek. "Never in a million years" he said and leaned into kiss her but the door was flung open aggressively.

    "Miranda" Renee said, he looked up nervously the two women looking down angrily, he gulped. Their harsh looks soon turned to smiles. "We are going to be aunts!" Jaz squealed, he let out a breath. "We had a moment where we thought you would leave her alone but we know you wouldn't, you love her" Renee says smiling. He turns to Pippa placing a hand on her stomach. "You have no idea..."
