A/N:I keep cringing at the other one I did, so I'm redoing this one.... I got this idea at the hospital yesterday too, lol... Also...

Happy Birthday! Umi-chan! :)

Oh, how you hated this day, that day where you just have to go to the hospital just for an annual check up. Oh well, better get it done first... You never really liked the hospital, according to you, it's where everything "bad" happens. You walk into the hospital and go check in.

"Hi." You say to the person behind the desk.

"Hi, what could I do for you?" She says as she lifts her head up from the computer.

"I have an appointment with Dr.Ayase(can't think of good last name to use) today.."

"Ah, yes, so you are (Y/N)(L/N)?"

You nod.

"Your doctor couldn't make it today, so...lets get you Dr.Nishikino, will that be ok?"

"Sure..." You say. You just want to get this done and get out of here.

"Alright," she says clicking a few buttons on her computer before she turns to you again "the docter will be with you shortly."

You sit down again and wait for a few minutes before you hear your name called. You lift your head up to see a redhead staring straight at you. You gulp slightly as she looks at you expectantly, waiting for you to do something. Your heart beats crazily as she waves for you to follow her. See? This totally proves my point! I nearly got a heart attack. Hospitals are really dangerous... You get up quickly and follow after her.

"Dr.Nishikino?"

"Yes?" She says in a slightly cold and brisk voice.

"Um..." You start, unsure of what to say.

"It's ok" she cuts you off "I'll just give you your check up then you can go."

"Y-yea." You were pretty sure that your face is the same color of her hair by now. Why was this person so attractive? You couldn't understand, why would there even be someone like this in the hospital?! It's only going to cause more deaths! Death by heart attack, forgetting to breath, etc.

"Hey." she says making you snap out of your thoughts.

"Yea?"

"I need to check your height and weight, then we can start." She says quickly before leading you to the scale, and the height measurer. After its all done, she puts it back, then takes out the stethoscope. You look in horror at the stethoscope. You weren't about to let her know your heart has been beating at about 100 miles per hour! She'd probably think you were crazy or something!

You could see a slight frown on her face as she listens to your heartbeat.

"It's really fast..." you hear her mutter. What do you think?! You wanted to snap at her, but stopped yourself in time.

She takes out the thermometer.

"Could you open your mouth for me? This needs to be under your tongue."

"Ok..." You open your mouth. She gets closer to you, making you very uncomfortable, causing you to fidget in your seat.

The distance between you gets closer by the second as she stops right in front of you.

"Y-you don't need to be this close to take the temp-mmph?!" You were stopped mid-sentence as she leans in and gives you a sudden kiss. Her lips moves against yours as you try to comprehend what could possibly be happening, but failing miserably. All that were in your thoughts were OMG! THE SKY IS FALLING! IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD! Which, of course, is not true. When you both separate for air, you quickly stand up face an even darker shade of red, if that's even possible now.

"T-T that's not h-how you take the temperature!"

"Hey, I'm the doctor ok? I'm sure I know how to take the temperature of a patient. " she says matter-of-factly as if it's the most obvious thing in the world.

You were really starting to worry for what might happen your mental health after today. For the rest of the day, you could say, you had a very fun time. And you think to yourself, you might not hate the hospital so much after all...

A/N: ok, I know Maki was very OOC,and I'm sorry about that, but hope you like this. I'm not a professional doctor, I don't really know what they do...so just go along with it, but please still correct me, thx.
