Mansions and Mysteries Part Two

"Did you hear that?" Austin asked Trish and Dez.

"Yeah," Trish said. "We should check it out."

Austin nodded, walking very quickly away to the main room. "Ally?" he said. "Ally!"

He called her name again and she came running towards him. "Austin," she whispered, "Dwayne Wade has a shrine for each of our kids."

"WHAT!?" he said loudly.
"Be quiet!" she hissed. "Where are the kids?"

Austin turned around and only saw Dez and Trish. "I have no clue."

"Austin!" Ally said. "We have to go-"

"It's finally nice to get to meet you," they heard Dwayne say. Austin and Ally shot worried looks at each other.

"I hoped he got out of that obsessive thing," Trish whispered.

"I doubt it," Dez said. "He's always obsessed with something, and when it's over, he finds a new thing to obsess over."

"Why would he choose our kids?" Trish asked.

"Because he had a shrine for Austin," Ally said. "Why not have one for his and his friends kids?"

"What does he want with them then?" Austin asked. "He just wanted to spend time with me and sing with me."

"What does our kids do best?" Dez asked and they all fell silent.

"Darrie is very smart," Ally said.

"Alex and Ava have promise in the music field," Trish said.

"Whats does Magnolia do best?" Dez asked and Trish glared at him.

"She can do many great and talented things," she said.

"Name one," Austin said, trying not to grin.

"Oh, um . . .," she said, thinking.

"Exactly," Dez and Austin said. They laughed and did their famous handshake.

"I wasn't done thinking," Trish said, shaking her head. "She . . . she loves to draw!"

"Really?" they all asked in shock.

"Yeah," Trish said. "Chuck and I were surprised at first. He thought she got it from him but he can't even draw a stick figure to save his life."

"Show us a picture," Austin said.

Trish got out her phone and the boys both gasped. "That's excellent!" Dez said in amazement.

"I know," Trish said. "Anyway, what does he want from them?"

"Why don't we ask him?" Ally suggested. "It never hurts to ask."

"Alright," Austin said and they walked to where Dwayne was.
