This disagreement that Keisha and I were having was really petty, it's not worth losing her. I've been calling and texting her all night but I got no response. She's probably still upset with me and I still do feel some type of way but I'm trying my best to fix it. I hate being on bad terms with my baby. She is by far, the best thing that has ever happened to me.
I got into my car and made the short drive to her house. When I got there, I noticed that her moms' car wasn't there which means she probably wasn't back from work yet. I walked to the front door and knocked, waiting for Keisha to answer the door. After a couple more seconds of silence, I knocked again. I pulled out my phone and called her phone, figuring she might be asleep and not hear me knocking on the door. I put the phone to my ear listening to it ring but I could hear Keishas' ringtone playing from the inside. Something didn't feel right when she didn't pick up because I could hear it ringing. I twisted the knob of the door and it was unlocked which was weird because Keisha always keeps the doors locked when her mom is at work; paranoid ass. I walked inside her house and everything looked in place. I spotted her phone on the island in the kitchen and her house slippers in front of the island as well. I went to her bedroom and her bed looked untouched, her shower was dry and everything just looked unbothered. I grabbed her phone and saw that she had missed calls and messages from Chantel, her mom, and myself. Keisha would never go anywhere without her phone so now I'm worried so I decided to call Andre.
"Yo...I think something happened to Keisha. I'm at her crib now and everything is untouched but she not here." I said to Andre getting angry.
"Ight bro, stay calm. Imma get Marco then we gone slide over there. Gimme 10 minutes." Andre reassured.
I acknowledged what he said and then hung up. The house was filled with nothing but silence and it was causing me to become agitated. I looked through Keishas' phone again and called Chantel back since she had called a bunch of times.
"Keisha? Girl I was calling you all night." Chantel answered the phone sounding relieved.
"Nah this ain't her Chan. I saw you had called her and thought you knew where she was at."
"Wait what? You at her house right now?" she asked confused.
"Yea, and she's not here but she left her phone here." I explained getting agitated all over again.
"I was supposed to meet her to talk about something but I had to go to that meeting that we had and I haven't heard from her since." Chan admitted worriedly.
"Well Andre and Marco are on their way over here. Can you stop by the trap and make sure everything is straight?" I asked her.
"Yea, sure. Anything bro. Hit my phone if hear anything and I'll do the same."
"Bet." I responded then hung up.
What if something happened to my baby? Lord knows that I'm not living right but I'm praying that my babygirl is okay. I don't even know how to act or what to say or even how to feel right now. I just know I want her found and I'll find her by any means necessary.
"Yo Chris, where you at?" I heard Marco ask busting through the door.
"Why you gotta be so loud?" Andre asked following him into the kitchen.
"My bad nigga..." he chuckled his hands up in defense. "Yo Chris, where you at?" this fool whispered this time.
This caused me to laugh and it switched up the mood a little bit. But it was only a distraction for a quick second.
"I think something happened to Keisha." I finally voiced the thought that was in the back of my mind.
"We gone find her." Andre reassured me.
