A tall figure walked down a dark, lonely hallway, glancing every once in awhile over their shoulder to make sure they hadn't been followed.

Removing a key from the pocket of their black slacks, they inserted a key into the lock of what appeared to be a closet door.

The figure slipped into the pitch black room, closing the door gently behind them to not attract any attention at the sound.

Darkness shielded the face of the unknown figure from any person that might be lurking about, though the person had made a absolutely sure that nobody was anywhere around.

The figure pulled a small box from their pocket, using a small tool within to press over a thumbprint scanner attached to a mahogany desk near the back of the dark room.

The scanner flashed blue before a password lock popped up that the figure immediately entered a password into.

Pulling a key card from the desk, the figure pulled another keycard from their pocket, comparing the two identical cards before putting the clone in the exact same spot they had gotten the real key from. The figure quickly shut the drawer before locking it and swiftly exiting the office.

Heading in the direction of what they knew to be the control room....

Dark green heels made loud clicking noises against the tile as The Boss walked towards her office. Her posture held power and an authority that no one dare challenge, or so she had originally thought.

As she approached her door she stopped, hand hovering inches away from the doorknob as she narrowed her dark green eyes.

Reaching forward, she slowly turned the doorknob which clicked open easily much to her horror.

" No..." She murmured as she threw open the door, slamming it behind her as she rushed into the room.

Despite her tall heels, she ran towards her desk, unlocking it quickly before she slowly began to pull it open as not to disturb the contents within.

She looked skeptically at the key card which sat in her desk. It was in the exact same position and looked exactly like the key card that belonged to her.

Picking it up, she turned it slowly in her fingers, examining it closely as she squinted a bit to read the writing on the card.

" Very well done. Very clever." She murmured, examining the almost perfect imitation key card.

It looked almost exactly like hers in almost every single way but she knew more than the imposter did about the little details of her keycard.

The card snapped easily between her fingers before she slammed the pieces onto the desk. Her eyes ablaze with anger and malice as she pressed a button on the phone that sat on her desk.

" Banner, get in here!" She yelled through the intercom before she began to tap her blood red nails on her desk, staring at the door expectantly as she waited for her worthless example of a scientist.

The sound of loud footsteps down the otherwise silent hall, alerted her that Doctor Banner was coming long before he burst into her office with sweat dripping down his face.

" Yes, ma'am?" Doctor Banner asked through heavy breaths, adjusting the white lab coat he wore as he struggled to breathe.

" Someone has stolen my key." The Boss said in a cold voice, eyes staring daggers into the man in front of her.
