Ch 36

"Vic, you're my boyfriend and all but your mood is really fucking with my party." Danielle said as they walked into the living room. "Why don't I," she said suggestively. "Take you upstairs and fix that for you."

"No." Vic said, slightly intoxicated. "I want Kellin."

"Well Kellin doesn't want you." She snapped. "Why waste your time chasing after someone who doesn't want you?"

"That's rich, coming from you." Danielle turned around when she heard Mike from behind. "Vic, let's go. This party is lame!" He ended up shouting.

And since he's on the soccer team and has a few good friends (who happen to be girls at the party), people started murmuring to each other before they slowly left.

"Mike, can we see Kells again? I promise I'm not that drunk." Vic begged, as they walked out the house.

"You owe me big time." Mike said after they got into the car.

"I'll get you a date with Alysha." Vic said with smirk as he wiggles his eyebrows.

"Shut up and mind your business." Mike murmured, a blush coating his cheeks.

"So should I tell her it's a nay, for a movie date on Saturday?"

"You didn't?" Mike asked, shock smeared all over his face.

"But that I did, Mikey. But that I did."

"To Kellin's house we go!"

And when they got there, the lights were off and there were no cars on the driveway.

"Should we knock?" Vic asked.

"Yeah. It doesn't hurt to try."

So Vic walked up to the door and rung the doorbell about four times before the door was opened so hard, he thought it'd come out the frame.

"What do yo- Vic!"

"Uh, hey Daniel. I know it's late and stu-."

"You know where his room is." Daniel said tiredly. And as he climbed the stairs, he heard Daniel say, "Whatever he does or say, Vic, please don't take it to heart and just try to be there because all he's doing is pushing you away and I don't think he really wants to do that."

Vic only nodded and when he stood in front of Kellin's door, he took a deep breath and opened it.
