Ch.34 The truth

Danny and Delilah couldn't believe their eyes after watching Wendell stab Brooke. Brooke stood there with shock as she clutched her wound that was oozing out blood as she felt herself collapsed.

"Brooke!" Danny and Delilah gasped as they surrounded her as Brooke winched in pain.

"Well I'd love to stay and watch this sorrowful moment" Wendell smirked "But I got an Evil Queen to help."

And with that he used his powers to disappear.

"Danny can't you use your magic to heal her?!" Delilah asked as she started to panic.

"I can't!" he replied with a scared look "I haven't learned that yet!"

Just then they heard footsteps as Elena and Olivia entered.

"Brooke!" Elena gasped as she ran to her.

"What the hell happened?!" Olivia asked with shock.

"Wendell" Delilah growled.

Elena knelled next to Brooke who was still clutching her wound and gasping in pain.

"It's okay" she told her softly "I'll fix this."

She then held her hand over the wound, hoping that it wouldn't shake, but as she expected it started to shake.

"Elena" Olivia put her hand on her shoulder "You can do this."

Knowing what she needed to do to save Brooke, Elena gained up her courage as she forced her hand to stop shaking as she began to focus on her magic. She focused as hard as she could as she felt her magic began to work on the wound, and soon Brooke could feel her wound start to heal as Elena finally managed to heal the wound as everyone smiled. Elena couldn't believe that she managed to do that as Olivia pulled her into a hug.

"You did it" she smiled.

After that Elena turned to Brooke as they went into a hug.

"You okay?" she asked her.

"Yeah" Brooke said with a small smile "Thank you."

Elena then helped her up as Danny and Delilah put their arms around her.

"Danny" Elena said "Are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine" he assured.

"So what happened to you?" Olivia asked.

"Well to make a long story short, the Evil Queen and Wendell kept me trapped in his farm house."

"A farm house?" Brooke said.

"I had a feeling we were forgetting something" Delilah sighed.

"So Wendell really is working for the Evil Queen" Elena concluded.

"It appears so."

"Well did you find out anything? Anything that can help us stop her?"

"I'm afraid not, I was alone most of the time."

"Well, that's alright then, just glad you all are okay."

"Hey how did you know where to find us?" Brooke asked.

"Oh Lauren texted me saying that she saw you and Delilah finding some letter from Danny."

"Yeah that wasn't from me" Danny put in.

"That's what Lauren thought, and since she needed to go to work, she wanted me to follow you guys to make sure everything was okay. So I used a locator spell and we found ourselves here, just in time."

"Well it's a good thing you came" Brooke said in relief "But Wendell's still on the loose."

"Don't worry, we'll find him, and the Evil Queen."

Inside the 'Wonder diner', Meeshell Mermaid took a bite of her fish sandwich as she then poured salt into her glass of water.

"Uh, what are you doing?" Lauren asked her with a confused look.

"When I'm out of the water too long-" Meeshell explain "My body tends to dry out, and drinking salt water is one of the ways to keep my hydrated."

"Wow" Lauren said amused "To us drinking salt water is a death sentence."

Meeshell gave a small smile as she took a sip of her salt water just as Terrence entered.

"Hey Meesh" he said as he went up to the mermaid.

"Hey" she said in a soft voice.

"So are they hidden?'

"Yeah, I hid them on Nolan's ship, he doesn't know they're there."

"And you're sure they'll stay hidden?"

"Positive. Although, I feel kinda guilty doing this."

"So do I" he sighed "Again I don't like doing this, but I love Elena, and I just can't let her die."

"I understand, you're taking a risk for love, I would of done the same thing if Nolan were to die."

"Speaking of Nolan, how are you two doing?"

"Good actually" she smiled "I'm gonna meet up with him today to practice our music."

"Well you two have fun" he smiled "And uh, thanks again for doing this."

"No problem."

And with that he got up and left the diner, leaving Meeshell with a bit of guilt, hoping that she was doing the right thing.

At her house, Olivia made her way outside with a garbage bag as she went to the garbage can and placed it in there.

"Ms. White" she suddenly heard a familiar voice as she turned around and saw Mira's evil self "How are yah?"

"What do you want?" Olivia demanded as she felt her heart pound.

"What I can't check on the person I hate the most? Relax, I'm not here to hurt you, I just want to talk."

"Well maybe I don't wanna talk" Olivia frowned as she turned around, only to be surprised when she saw the Evil Queen in front of her.

"Not even if it involves Elena?" she smirked "Or should I say Terrence?"

"What are you talking about?"

"You and I both know how much Elena means to Terrence and vise versa, but do you know everything about him?"

"Of course, what's not to know?"

"Well here's the thing, that four eyes prince may seem like the quirky person you all know, but there's something about him that can tear your family apart."

"Uh, that's not true" Olivia assured "Terrence would never do anything to hurt our family."

"Well in that case" the Evil Queen smirked "There's something I gotta show you."

And with that she used her powers to teleport them to the docks in front of a boat. She then used her powers to take a tool box on the boat and in front of Olivia.

"Take a look" she said.

Wondering what was going on, Olivia opened the tool box and couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the Shears of Destiny.

"He kept them?" she gasped.

"The one thing that can take away what makes Elena... special" the Evil Queen smirked.

"You're not taking these" Olivia scowled as she held onto the shears.

"Oh I don't want them, I just wanted to make sure you learned the truth about your friend's boyfriend. Now you need to ask yourself, what are you gonna do about it?"

And with that she disappeared, leaving Olivia alone as she looked at the shears, knowing what needed to be done.
