"JOY!"

Everyone looked around. I could see Joy in the seat that she had written down. She wore a beanie and a hoddie so she wouldn't be recognized.

"Joy..." Patricia said. "Joy... The greatest treasure of Anubis was Joy! And.... and it has been stolen. And Anubis shall get it back. With revenge."

Patricia was nervous, she stares at everyone in crowd as they look back at her. Everyone claps, they actually think it's part of the play! The curtains close shut as Patricia runs backstage.

"Next time try to stick to the script." Said the teacher.

"Sorry," Patricia said in a sarcastic voice, "Stage fright."

"You're up Nina!" Fabian tells me.

I go up to the stage and wait for the curtains to open. Patricia came up to me and said "Try to gesture Joy to come backstage! I need to talk to her!"

"Okay." I Replied.

The red bright curtains opened. I breath heavily thinking of my lines to say. I was stuck for a moment. Then I spoke.

"My name is Sally" I Began as I walked to the front of the stage nervously, "I am seven years old. The time has come, my story shall be told. I feel only sorrow, like a bird without wings, my parents are leaving, for the valley of the kings."

Mick and Mara (my parents) came along to the scene. They wore a tan yellow gown. Mara with braided hair and Mick with a hat. Mick walked along to the side of me as I cried.

"Don't you worry little Sally," Mick said. "We'll be back. Goodbye Sally." Mick and Mara ran off from the scene and Fabian (Victor) joined in with his gaint snake (Alfie). Fabian wore a black coat with black sharpie on his face as a beard.

"This house belongs to me now!" Fabian said, "It is 10 o'clock you have 5 minutes and I don't want to hear a pen drop!" Trudy was the first one to laugh. Victor stared at us knowing. He knew that all this play wasn't just a play. It was Sarah's life. And his.

I ran off from the scene and found Patricia. She said that Amber is at the house and has got the Ankh piece. Minutes later Mick and Mara returned on stage. I found Amber in the back looking for me.

"Nina!" She seemed worried, "Victor was at the house and I heard him he's going to eliminate the target for good!"

"Joy" I whispered. "He's going to kill Joy! We have to warn Patricia!" We searched for Patricia but she was still on stage. Once the scene finished we ran to her and told her everything. We saw Victor in the back with Mr. Sweet looking and pointing in the front row. Pointing at Joy.

It was my turn to go up. The last scene. Which meant the play is over and now they have a higher chance to catch Joy. I Went up stage. Mick, Mara, and Fabian were on the floor dead. I looked at the audience.

"My name is Sally," I began, "I am seven years old, and my story has been told. My parent's adventure brought us only strife. The curse of Anubis, has forever changed my life."

The curtains closed shut and everyone backstage came to the front of the stage quickly. The curtains opened and we bowed down. Everyone stood up cheering and clapping for us. Then Joy stood up. Her hood and hat fell. Victor pointed to Joy.

"Joy!" Victor yelled.

"Joy Run!" Patricia yelled. Everyone stood quite. Joy ran into the backstage. Victor ran to chase her but Patricia and I blocked his way.

"Move out of my way you idiots!" He yelled and pushed us away. Rufus came to the stage and whispered in Patricia's ear. Mr.Sweet tried pushing Rufus down but Rufus pushed him instead and left.

"I have to help Joy!" Patricia said.

"No!" Fabian said. "It's too dangerous they'll get you too!"

"I have to !" Patricia said. "I can't loose her again!" Patricia then left going backstage.

"What just happened here." Jerome questioned. "Why did they just chace Joy like wild animals?"

"Ooh animals" Alfie butted in. "you know I always wanted an elephant?"
