The Snapchat Mistake That Lead To Ethan Wacker

Chapter 2 The Surprise

I thought I would go out to my spot on the hay bales in the field to think about what I and my friends would be doing since summer had just started. When I got out to the field there was a beautiful, colorful sunset so I decided that I would try to take a good end of school selfie which I did. Then, the good mistake happened, I sent it to all of my friends on Snapchat, which included the youtube celebrities that I had. When I realized I had sent it to all of my friends on Snapchat I freaked out a bit in my mind but then I came to the realization that they would probably just ignore it and it would go away soon enough. Then, a couple minutes later, Ethan Wacker had replied to MY snap chat.

I was shocked so I just stared at my phone for about a minute before I finally opened the snap. He had sent a picture of himself with the words, "Hey! I think your really pretty and I hope that your summer goes the way that you want it to." I read it and my heart was pounding. I knew that if I did reply that I probably wouldn't get a response back again but I did anyway. I sent him another selfie with the words, "Thanks. I hope your summer goes the way you want it to too."

Surprisingly, a couple minutes later, he replied back again. I was astonished, I couldn't believe it so I opened the snap as soon as my fingers would allow me to. It was another picture of him in what appeared to be Los Angeles (LA). He wrote, "Thx. You are really pretty and seem super nice. I want to get to know you better. Would you be up to getting to know each other?" OMG is what was going through my mind. I was appalled. I thought I was imagining things or dreaming things. I pinched myself to make sure that I was dreaming, and I wasn't. I had really only known that Ethan was on Disney and one of my friends had told me to add him on snapchat because he was posting funny videos on his story at that time. So I was kinda iffy on if I should trust that it was really him and not some crazy stalker, weird internet fake person. But I thought that since he seemed real from his pictures that he sent and the internet said that that was his real snapchat so I chose to trust Ethan that he was really Ethan and I replied back with. "Yea. I guess but I never talked to someone only online before." He replies with, "I haven't either but I bet this will be fun." I guess you could say that I'm nervous to only be talking to someone online let alone it be a famous person. I just hope it all goes fine.
