"Just a city boy!"
"Ampha Ampha Ampha ros!"
"He took the midnight train going anywhere!"
I sang in my melodic voice, with my Ampharos Fluffy as my partner. I jumped up onto my squeaky single bed with a Electric type design quilt, which crumpled and looked real under my feet.
"Strangers wait..." I stop mid word.
My mini karaoke machine made a split sound, then sputtered
"Wai, Wai, Wai, Wai wait...ing." Before stopping completly.
Fluffy kicked the karaoke machine in frustration, as it was his solo part next. I hop down from my bed to examine my machine. I turn it around and see a tiny joltick nestled onto the battery part, zapping the life out of my little machine. I puffed up my cheeks.
"Off with you now." I say, nudging it to get off.
The joltick takes the hint, and hops off to scuttle out of my open window. I open the little compartment where the batteries would be, and see that not only the batteries had been destroyed, but all the plastic melted so that the batteries had become one with the machine. Fluffy leaned over my shoulder and saw that this damage could not be fixed. With fake tears streaking down his face, just so it's more dramatic, he is an actor after all. Ampharos hums the notes to a funeral song, and plucks the machine from its place next to my bed. I follow him as we head through the kitchen, through the living room where my mum gives me a weird look, and to the back where the red bin was. I lifted the lid with a salute, and let Fluffy lower his beloved machine into the bin. Even if the tears were fake, he was really upset. I had gotten him that machine for his first birthday, when he was still a Mareep.
"Ampha." He says, letting go of the machine and hearing the deafening smash of bottles and plastic under the machines weight.
I pat Fluffys back, and lead him back into the house.
"You wanna go to our spot?" I ask, already putting on my shoes as I know he will agree.
"Ros." He says, nodding his head.
"Mum, we're going out!" I yell, slipping on my sneakers.
"Okay hun, but remember your dad wants you at the musical theatre so you can help with the production at 3.00." She says, looking at her watch.
"Yes mum, I know, we'll call you before the production begins." I say, opening the door.

Seeing the familiar flower bed instantly cheers Fluffy up. Our spot is right next to the theme park entrance, a little out cut that has a few chairs and a beautiful flower bed that yours truly grew. Fluffy pranced about the flower bed, hoping that someone would see his amazing talent and ask for an autograph. No such luck. He is an amazing dancer though, he gets so into it, and it comes so naturally to him. Me? I could do it, but only if no one was watching and if there were no mirrors or no way for me to look at myself. I hum a little tune that matches Fluffys movements. Suddenly, Fluffy trips and falls flat on his face. I cover my mouth so I don't laugh and run to help him up. He dusts himself off and stares at the black rock he tripped over. A fire flares in his eyes, and he lets out a powerful thunder shock.
"AMPHAROS!" He yells angrily, sending a discharge of electricity at the rock.
I facepalm.
But for some reason, the rock lights up and shows a screen I know all too well.
"That's an xtransciever!" I say, picking it up.
I compare it to mine, and Fluffy agrees.
"BRING BRING BRING!" The xtransciever loudly complains.
