"Anne-", Leah choked out. I felt guilty to see Leah like this, pieces of glass literally stabbed my heart as she held me like I was gonna disappear or crumble if she wasn't holding me.
" Anne," she said in a stern but gentle voice, "what happened? Like you were just-"
Shit, this was bad,I couldn't just tell her what happened to me. That'll make me relive that moment and break into a crying mess. I tried to speak but my throat was sore from the screaming.
"Leah," I tried to regain my composure but my body had something else than I had. I got up and dragged myself to the bathroom and let the entire sink get covered in bile,I had a tremendous headache like I had in the dream, but this was real life. I knew that since I wasn't in any park, I was in Leah's bathroom, safe and sound and away from any nightmarish version of Andy.
"Anne,I swear to god ,I will knock this door."
I leaned against the door and let a heavy sigh . I slowly opened the door, and just absentmindly studied Leah's features.
She is fucking crying!!! Do something you fuck head!
"Hi"
I stammered out. Leah again pulled me into a hug, crushing my airway with her iron like grip.I looked over to the clock,it was 4am in the morning, still getting at least this much sleep was borderline orgasmic.
I pulled away and walked over to the kitchen to get a bottle of wine.
Anne, you need water not wine.
Oh yeah,right.
I quickly emptied water into a glass and greedily drank 5 glasses, cause fuck, I needed that water. Leah,on the other hand was downright terrified to the core and stood there through my drinking session.
I walked over to her and wiped her tears away, she flinched violently and removed my hand.
"What the hell happened to you Anne? You just screamed your lungs out and now you're fine?!"
"I'm fine,Leah, just needed to barf and drink water"
Looks like Leah isnt buying whatever you just said, tell her what happened
Fine Jasper, whatever you say.
"I saw Andy"
"What!" Leah snapped at me.
"He tried to kill me," maybe it was better to talk about all these things,at least it lifted the guilt of my shoulders.
Leah just stared wide - eyed at me. I assured her that I was fine. After a million lies, she lead me to the bed and let go of my hand slowly, silently telling me not to move.
