"Anne!"
Why was she screaming?
"Anne!"
Damnit, stop screaming!
You know have to say something in return to her, let her know that you're okay.
I hummed, in response, she let out relieved sigh. What had I done to make her sigh?
Sometimes, Leah was just, confusing for me to understand.
I put the bowl into the dishwasher and walked over to Leah, who looked petrified.
Start a conversation with her, she's scared to death.
"Leah,I'm fine"
Anne, you idiot.
What I said was not right? I've forgotten how to start a conversation
With a human being. I rack my brain
Until one question, a stupid one comes to thought.
"How was your date?"
Asking this brings an another to light, why did they leave without me?
"It was nice, he was concerned about you and even came to check on you but you were- I'm rambling, sorry."
" I was what?" The words slip out of my mouth like a bullet, and Leah flinches away from me.
What else could I be doing in the washroom?
Except fighting for my life,of course.
"Tell me."
Leah chuckled nervously and said, " nothing,Anne. Please leave it"
You liar, Leah
Anger starts to build inside of me, I hated people who lie to me, I knew what happened to me,but I needed a witness to my attempted murder, but Leah was denying me of that.
My parents also had this ability,to make the person spit out the truth in a nonviolent way, they'll just cup that person's face and do their magic, and person spoke without hesitation.
What did Leah witness?
Was ANDY really there?
He had to be, he had to.
