Everything is the same as usual. Everything except that Frisk doesn't have a soul of determination. Whatever happens from then on is up to you. But keep in mind, if Frisk dies, they're dead forever. Until Flowey resets again of course because he would be the one with the most determination still, right?
Unless you have another human fall that has more determination that saves them all… or not.
