Obito is crushed by the rocks and all during the Kannabi Bridge Mission with his team. Madara saves him and all that junk and even up to him going to save Rin and Kakashi is the save. Madara breaks him down enough so that he actually believes in that Project Tsukinomi and starts to give up on humans as they are. He kills Minato and Kushina and releases the Kyuubi.
After all this canon stuff, as he is escaping, he falls into a hole in the mountain, having decided to take a shortcut over the Hokage Monument. But that mountain used to be Mt. Ebott!
*Pause for Dramatic Effect*
*Cue surprised gasps*
Somehow, through barrier magic or something mixing with mystical ninja chakra ends up seating Obito and stuff. He for some reason is slightly less murder-y; maybe he's just tired of all this ridiculous BS I'm making up and is just done already. That's how he ends up being adopted and eventually dies when he gets Asriel to absorb his soul and cross the barrier and stuff. Ninjas are ninjas and chase the goat monster back into the mountain.
Obito is dead and stuff for real now. Throughout the tears, six others fall into the mountain somehow and die because plot. Now, Obito is who would be Chara now.
I guess Kakashi could be Frisk. But for all I care, you could make it Naruto. Or Rock Lee. Or for triple crossover this and make it Zoro.
But I think Kakashi would work best. Also, when he falls into the Underground, he deages and stuff also.
Just remember: Deaging is dangerous and wild. How long it lasts could be anywhere from a few days to lifelong. And how much somebody deages could vary, too.
[(In Kakashi's case, teenage him would be all arrogant and stuff, not really care, but broken from the deaths in his life. Still has those hallucinations from killing Rin, you know.) Little Kakashi (4-7 maybe?) would probably be smarter than an average child, still having childish innocence depending on what age. He's a prodigy, so he's strong and good at a lot of stuff easily. He might even be nicer or more social even.]
I dare you to put Itachi as the Kindness soul and Sasuke as Perseverance or something like that. And Sasuke goes after Itachi in the Undertale, trying to kill him. Then, he's all upset when somebody steals his thunder. Undyne? Sans? Asgore? I don't know. Especially when Sasuke dies before he exacts his revenge.
