Toby Fox, the creator of Undertale, (not the dog self-insert Toby Fox) is there instead of Frisk. He knows what happens, so he knows how to do a perfect run of course. He does four runs. The first is a True Pacifist. The next is a neutral run where he makes his dog self-insert the king. Then, he does a Genocide "No Mercy" Run. Then, he does a Soulless Pacifist Run.
Where you start is up to you. You could start it Post-Soulless Pacifist and go from there or from the very beginning. That's -- and I'm sorry for being redundant -- entirely up to you.
Now, the next thing I have in mind is optional, but I feel like it fits. (And if you do and make it a Chara X Frisk, I will love you forever.) I feel like Andrew Hussie the creator of Homestuck, a webcomic on mspaintadventures, would make a good Chara.
And if you do make Andrew, Chara and Toby, Frisk, tell me. I need to read this.
