I don't know what to think of it. I have to get it somehow but I can't think of how. Maybe some kind of offering will help me get it. Honestly, as I'm sitting here writing this I'm starting to think yesterday was just a dream. But these pictures say otherwise. I've been staring at them for hours but can't make heads or tails of it. Maybe the offering thing will work.
I closed my notebook and tossed my pencil across the room and leaned back in my chair rubbing my tired eyes. The hell could I do? What kind of offering.
I slid my chair over to my computer and began typing in a few search words on Google.
"Ancient offerings maybe? No, that's dumb. Or is it?" I typed in a few more words and hesitantly clicked search. One single link appeared across the screen. Odd, given that Google is chock full of random shit.
I dragged the mouse over and gave it a double click. It opened up to some article about Angels and Demons and ancient lore. I rolled my eyes and humored myself, reading the article.I took my notebook and pulled a pen out, sketching some kind of magic symbol on paper. Maybe this would work. I circled it and drew down a few more odd symbols before closing my laptop lid. "This is all too weird." I groaned and leaned back again staring at the fan.
For several minutes I watched the blades spin round and round, before a text roused me from the trance.I pulled my phone out of my pocket and read it aloud, "Unknown name? Nathaniel, the time has come, claim your reward." reward? What reward? I raised an eyebrow in wonder and shrugged. Probably just a stupid prank.
My phone went off again, as if replying to my thought. "It's not a prank? Okay this is getting weird. Go to the cavern, claim your reward."
I set my phone down.
Looks like I have an epic quest! Just like in the movies! I laughed to myself before jumping out of my chair and grabbing my bag, heading out to see exactly what this weird message was about.*I'm baaaaack*
