Chapter 14: One pair of glass shoe's

Areshia Ashley Mondragon POV:

I help fixing the dress of Mina. Obviously, she really wanted me to suffer a lot not minding about my feelings about this. After three days of preparations, here I am helping her fix her dress and all. I curl her hair and do the make ups, making sure she's beautiful for the engagement. I also wash all her dirty dresses and polish her shoe's for the party. I was so tired as hell. I wanted to rest but I couldn't. They gave me lots of work and I can't do anything to stop their commands. I wish it would stop so I could rest. Almost five in the evening and I finished all my work. The party will begin at eight in the evening and the guest are expected to be there at exactly 7:30 pm. I go straight to my room to take some nap. And probably lock myself there. I don't want to see my shuttered dreams and hopes at the party. It was too painful to bare and I'm not ready to face them today. I wipe my tears that slowly slipped my face. As the tears runs down I could feel my eyes wanted to rest for a while and for that, I sleep not minding for everything. I'm hoping that when I wake up, everything will be fine.

I opened my eyes and saw the brown butterfly flying in the room. It was too big and has a wings that will sparks every time it reflects to the light rays of the moon. I was so amazed looking at it. But get distracted that I heard the loud music outside the room. I wanted to be there but I'm scared. So scared that I couldn't move even the slightest parts of my body.

"Areshia... You must go to the party."

"Who are you? Your voice is very familiar." I know I heard her voice from somewhere but I couldn't guess where?

That butterfly transform into a human girl. She has a white hair and wears a very long black dress. I was so shocked with her appearance. I couldn't even utter a single word when I saw those blue eyes. She has the same eyes like Bash, blue crystals. It couldn't be...

"We meet at the mountain of agony Areshia." She whispered to me.

"But how?" I said in confused. "Who are you?" I said repeatedly.

"My name is Hilda, Areshia. But this is not the time to explain myself to you. But, I really wanted you to join the engagement."

"But it's their engagement party, I can't be there. And besides, Mina wouldn't invite me there. If she finds out that I'll join her engagement, she will torture me like hell." I tried to reasoned myself.

"Why are you so scared? When you have the power to defeat them?"

"You knew?"

"Yes, I know everything about you." She paused.

"It's impossible for me to use magic here at the palace, Bash hate it very much." I tried to explain myself to her.

"He hated it of course, for magic turns him a beast."

"What?" I questioned.

"I made him a beast." She said straight to the point.

"Why did you do that?"

"Its not important the why's, but If you love him very much then you should fight for him." She encouraged me. But I just turn around not going to listen to what she's going to say. I'm hurt at this very moment and I couldn't forget the he betrayed me. He's a monster, he betrayed and hurt me so much! I could feel the tears running in my eyes when I remembered how he killed Cedric and other innocent souls. I couldn't forgive him. But despite of what he did, I still love him very much. I don't know where it starts. My heart chooses a wrong person to love. I wanted to erase these feelings but it turns out that I can't do anything about it.
