This charm will protect you from negative energy and curses aimed at you.
• gem or stone (preferably your birthstone or favourite gem)
• candle
• altar (optional)
Place the candle on the altar. If you don't have one just place on a table. Turn the stone through the flame chanting:
"This stone will be my protection charm, to ward off evil done, and keep me safe from any harm."
Blow out the candle and picture a circle of warmth surrounding you and protecting you.
