Chapter 2

Tobias POV

Zeke, Uriah, Will and I are in Zeke and Uriah's basement. "ugh where is Tris?" Uriah complains and then Zeke texts her. "looks like Uriah forgot to tell Tris." I laugh and he rubs the back of his neck. "Haha oops." then I hear a knock at the door I open it and see Tris and Christina. Tris walks in "Hey guys sorry I had to bring Christina." Then Christina whispers "Four she likes you." Tris heard her and hit her. "I do not!" she says blushing, she is lying.

"Okay guys what songs should we play at this gig it's a party, High school party dance." I sit on a beanbag chair and think. Then Tris says "We could do songs from bands like Imagine Dragons." I nod and then say "We could also do some from My Chemical Romance." Zeke and Uriah nod as Zeke writes it down and then Christina chimes in "You guys could do some from The Ready Set!" We all look at each other and then nod. "What songs though?" Zeke asks. "okay so for Imagine dragons we could do It's time, Demons, Radioactive, and On Top of the World, and then for The Ready Set we could do Young Forever, Hollywood Dream, and Love like Woah." Then I say "We could do Welcome to the Black Parade and Teenagers." Then Uriah says "We could do The Neon Trees and do 1983, Everybody talks, and Animal." we all nod then Tris says, "Okay now that we know what we are going to do can we practice?" she asks then Zeke says "Wait I think someone forgot to tell Will also." he says looking at Uriah. "So I am supposed to tell everybody?" well all say "Yes!" in unison. then we all start laughing I look over at Tris and she looks so cute when she is laughing...Wait no Tobias stop you can't fall for a girl you have only known for a day. then the voice inside my head that says "or can you?" then I mentally slap it. Then Will comes in "I'm here I Christina Hi guys." Christina blushes nudge Tris' arm and point to Christina and laughs. "what?!" Christina asks. "Nothing." we both say and laugh.

"Okay now we can practice." Zeke says I grab my guitar and Zeke goes to the keyboard and Will grabs base and Uriah goes to his drums. "What song are we going to sing?" Will asks. Then Tris says "Young forever The Ready Set." Then we start to play and she starts singing:

Then Tris stops singing. "okay I think we're good see you guys tomorrow." we all wave bye. "I need to go to bye." then Zeke says "Go get her man!" I laugh and say "shut up." and catch up to Tris she is by herself because Christina already left. "Hey Tris!" I jog up to her and then I breathe in and out. "Yeah Four?" I hear my inner voice say just ask her you can do it. "Tris would you like to go on a date with me tomorrow?" she looks surprised and then she says "Yeah sure." I smile "Great pick you up at 6." I hop on my motorcycle and ride home. The whole ride home I have a smile on my face.
