Tobias POV
I already knew what she was going to say, but how was she going to get back at Eric? I had to see for myself when she started to explain the plan. "Ok, so what we are going to do is we need to hit Eric where it hurts the most. Anybody have any ideas?" we all sat there trying to think of something but we couldn't. "Nope. Nothing."
I was going to do something I have never done before. I was going to go alone. I didn't beed Tris to get hurt because of Eric or myself. While they were talking I got a call and took it. "Look what do you want?" I asked. "Tris." was the only thing that he said. "Why?" I was starting to get mad. "I need to talk to her about our past." I knew what he was doing so I said "Well build a bridge and get over it that was the past this is know so stop it." I was feeling a little guilty about saying things like that to him but then he said "No! She is MINE and NOT yours so you build a bridge and get over it!" I was about to yell something when the line went dead. Tris came in "Are you okay?" She was nervous. So was I, I don't think I was ready to fight that asshole. "Yeah, fine. " she gives me a 'I know your lying spill it.' look and I sighed "I can't tell you." I say and she looks like a little kicked puppy that just kept getting back up. "I thought you could trust me?" I felt like an idiot know great Tobias a jerk and an idiot all in one day congratulations. "I can trust you and you can trust me, but if I tell you then you get involved and I can't afford that."
