Dauntless High

Tris POV

Today I start my First day as a senior at Dauntless High. I heard there is going to be a new guy in my classes I think his name is Four something or other.

I run downstairs and hop on my motorcycle and ride to the school. normally I ride my black beauty car to school but I decided to ride the motorcycle.

I park next to another motorcycle. Then I am talked by Christina, Zeke,Uriah, Marlene, Shauna, and Will. "What the hell guys you scared the crap out of me!" they all laugh and I say "yeah, yeah scaring me is so funny." then Christina says "let me see your schedule." I hand it to her.

First period: AP Math
Second Period: English/Creative writing

Third Period: Lunch

Fourth Period: Free

Fifth Period: Music

Sixth Period: Free

Seventy Period: Art

Eighth Period: Free

"Oh my gosh Tris we have the same classes!" she jumps up down. "Great!" I don't jump up and down. Then I see him his eyes are beautiful dark blue then I realize his staring and I am staring back then I break the eye sight.

Then Zeke says "hey Tris you can sing right?" he asks I am a little startled. "yeah I guess why?" then Uriah chimes in and says "Because we are starting a band now we need someone with a great voice like you." I laugh a little "Who else is in this band?" Zeke replays "Me, Uriah, Will and this new kid Four." Then my head turns "I'm supposed to show that kid around." I start running towards the front door. "See you guys later." I say waving my hand running into the building and going to the lady at the front desk. "oh Tris what do you need?" I catch my breath and say "Oh I am here to show Four around." I say and then the boy with those eyes comes up. "well here he is now." I smile "Tris." I put my hand out. "Four he smiles and shakes my hand. "Okay bye." I say waving to the desk ladies. "can I see your schedule?" I ask and he hands me it and we have the same schedule. "well looks like we have the same schedule so I guess you can stick with me all day." I smile and he smiles back. "so I hear you are in Uriah and Zeke's band." he looks a little surprised. "You know them?" I laugh. "they are practically my brothers." then he says. "Are you going to join?" I tap my chin "Yeah they asked me like 10 minutes ago." we reach AP Math and I sit next to Christina and Four. "So Tris is this the guy you were staring at this morning?" I hit her arm "I wan't staring!" I say and Four laughs. "I'll hit you too." I say lightly punch him in the arm but not light enough for it not to hurt. "Ow!" I laugh at both of them rubbing their arms. Then class starts and I zone out.

I was watching the teacher put up equations and stuff but I was zoned all the way out. Thinking about those big beautiful navy blue eyes...No Tris stop! I mentally slap myself. You can't fall for someone you barely know.
