The Accident

Miss.Swan

"Emma Jones?" They call. I smile at Killian who seems a little distracted. I take his hand and he jumps a bit. I stand up and he follows me into the ultrasound room. First they measure me and say that I'm a perfect size for how far along I am. Then they let me lay down and put the gel on my stomach.

After the ultrasound we wait in the waiting room for information on how our baby is and if it's a girl or boy. "Miss.Jones. You're baby is healthy and strong. Your due date will be in late December or early January." Says the nurse  "That's great." I say and put my hand on my stomach. "Your baby is a girl." My smiles grows bigger. Killian puts his hand on my stomach and the baby starts kicking him. I smile, our family is perfect.

We walk back to the car and I get in and Killian then closes the door. We drive to my parents house to tell them about our meeting. When we get there he helps me out of the car and we walk in the house hand in hand. My phone rings and my parents look up at me. I look down at my phone. It's the jailer.

Emma: "Hello?"

Anthony: "Hey Emma it's Anthony.  How are you?"

Emma: "Hey Anthony. I'm good were all fine what about you?" I look up at Killian and he is looking at me with concern in his eyes.

Anthony: "Well I need to talk with you about something. Can you go into a private room?"

Emma: "Ummm..." I hiccup. That seems to be something I do when I'm nervous know. "Ya. One seconde." I say and then Killian holds my wrist. I pull out of his grasp and walk up to my room. "Okay what's up?"

Anthony: "Emma. Neal wants to see you. I know that last time this happened it ummm.... wasn't good for you. Do you mind comming to see him?"

Emma: My hands start to sweat "Ya sure. When?" I say trying to act cool with it. I walk down the stairs slowly waiting for Anthony to answer me.

Anthony: "Do you mind comming today?"

Emma: "No I don't mind." I say and everyone looks up at me. I put my hand on my stomach and rest it there.

Anthony: "Great Emma. See you soon."

Emma: "Yep" I hang up and look down at my phone.

I don't really want to see Neal but I know Anthony needs me to go. I look up and walk up to my parents. I hug them and say "I need to go I will be back soon to tell you the gender." I smile sadly and then turn to Killian "Ummm... can you stay here with them for about a hour. I will be back soon" I say to him and he looks at me nervously. "Ya no problem. Be safe Emma." He says. I kiss him and then walk by him and grab my purse and coat and then I drive to the jail.

I get our if the car and Anthony runs up to me. "Right this way Emma." He says and smiles at me. I locked the car and then followed him to Neal cell. I walk up to the door and look in and he's chained up again. I open the door and Anthony follows me in. Neal looks up at me and smiles.

Neal: "Miss.Swan. How are you?"

Emma: "I'm good. What did you want me here for?"

Neal: "I just wanted to congratulate you and tell you that they are letting me out soon."

Emma: My head turns fast to Anthony. He looks down at his hands and my heart starts beating fast. "Congratulations Neal. Have a nice day." I say and walk quickly out of the room.

I leave the jail and get into my car and drive to my parents house. I look in the window and see them talking. I smile and then remember that it's probably not safe for me to be outside anymore. I quietly opened the door and walk in. My hands are sweating so much. Before I could close the door Neal's dad touches my hand and it makes me jump. I turn around and see him with a evil smile on his face. He takes my hand tightly and I scream out for Killian. He pulls me out of the house and closes the door. I hear Killian running to the door and he opens it slamming the door on Mr.Golds head. He falls to the side and pulls me with him. I lean against the wall trying not to fall over. Killian takes a hold of me and I hold onto him. He pulls me into the house and locks the door. "Killian." I say quietly because I'm out of breath. "Emma were did you go?" He asks while still holding me in his arms. I pull away and brush my hands through my hair and take off my jacket. I walk over to the living room and sit down with my parents. Killian comes and sits next to me and turns to me.

"So Emma are you going to tell me what happened?" Asks Killian. I look up at him and sigh then my phone rings. I smile up at Killian and look down at my phone. It's Ilisa, I answer.

Ilisa: "Hey Emma. I just got a call from Lana and she said that they are letting Neal out. Is it true?"

Emma: "Ilisa I just got out of talking about this with my parents can we talk about something else?" I look at the ceiling and know my parents are worried.

Ilisa: "Emma you need to tell them! Don't use me as a excuse! First tell me and then tell them!"

Emma: "Oh Ilisa your so evil. Fine it's true. Well I'm not sure. He ummmm.... is really...... okay Ilisa it's not safe." I look around nervously. Everyone is listening to my side of the conversation.

Ilisa: "Oh Emma! They can't let him out. It's not safe!"

Emma: "Okay Ilisa I know. Don't you think that I'm going to try to stop it even if it means that I will hurt him."

Ilisa: "Okay Emma. I need to go. Lana is getting mad at me for yelling. I'm sorry for bringing this up. Text me later."

Emma: "Okay bye tell Lana I say hi." I hang up.

I look down at my phone tears start to fill my eyes and I quickly wipe them away. "Emma? What's wrong?" Asks my dad and Killian puts his hands on my stomach. "Love?" Killian says and lifts his eyebrow up. I smile and laugh nervously. "Well I ummm.... I went to the prison today and they said that ummmm..... Neal might be let out." I say and then wipe the stray tears that have fallen off my face.

Killian tries to pull me in his arms but then my phone rings. I put my hand on my stomach and answer my phone.

Lana: "Hey Emma. I was wondering if I could pull you out of a awkward moment?"

Emma: "What do you mean?" Everyone looks at me and I get annoyed I stand up and walk into the kitchen and lean against the counter.

Lana: "Well I just got payed for my last job and I wanted to maybe take you out shopping for stuff for you're baby's room?"

Emma: "Awwwww. That's so sweet. But how would you pull me out of a awkward situation?"

Lana: "Well I talked with Ilisa and she told me what happened and ya I though maybe I could interrupt that."

Emma: I laugh "I would love to go out with you." I hear my mom gasp and I basically feal Killian's eyes start to water.

Lana: "Great I will go to you're parents house to pick you up. See you in five."

Emma: "Ya okay. See you soon. Love you.

Lana: "Love you too Emma."

She hangs up and I smile. Killian walks in and seems really angry. "Emma what was all of that about!?" He yells at me. I jump surprised that he did that. I smile and walk up to him and try to take his hands but he pulls away. "Killian it was just...." I was cut off by the door bell. Killian runs upstairs and tears fill my eyes. I really did hurt him. I wipe them away and walked to the door. Lana is standing there looking fabulous as usual. "Hey good to see you. Come on in. My parents are sitting in the living room. I need to go upstairs quickly but I will be down soon." I pull Lana in and my parents sigh I look at them and frown. 

I quickly walk upstairs and hear Killian moving around in my old room. I walk in and he looks at me and I sigh. "Killian I wasn't talking to another guy." I say and he looks at me "Thanks who were you talking with Miss.Swan?" Says Killian. Miss.Swan what does that mean. Tears start to form in my eyes and I walk out of my room and walk back downstairs with tears streaking my face.
