The Accident

I wake up in a familiar room and I hear someone in the house playing some music, my head is pounding but when I get up it goes away quickly. I look around the room and see pictures of me and Killian all around the room. All of our family. This is our bedroom, I'm in my old house. I smile tears filling my eyes but then memories about what happened rush through my head.

I stand up quickly and walk slowly and silently out of the room and I see my brother and his wife, Killian, Eva, Liam and Livvy sitting on the couches listening to music. Fight song. I smile hearing that song reminds me of how hard my life has been but how I have always gotten through it with my love, Killian. I walk back to the room and see all of my clothes still hanging up. I get changed into my favourite skinny jeans, a black tank top and my red leather jacket and so knee high boots and then do my makeup and hair.

I walk out my boots clicking on the hard wood floor. My eyes catches something Shiney on the dresser, I walk over and see my wedding rings. I pick them up and then see a note. "Emma Ilisa Swan will you marry me, again?" I slip them on my fingers and put my hands out infront of me and examine the rings on my fingers. I still have Maríe-Belle's engagement ring and know I have my rings. I slip my hands into my leather jackets pocket and walk out of the room.

My brother stands up and rushes over to me and pulls me into his arms.

"Are you okay Em?" He asks quietly.

"Calm down I'm better than okay." I say taking my hands out of my pockets and hugging him back.

"Okay say whatever but I'm still worried about you, I told Killian we should have brought you to the hospital but he said it wasn't that bad." He says lifting me up in his arms.

I giggle. "Well if you don't let go than I will need to go to the hospital" I say.

He let's me go and Killian is smiling with tears in his eyes. I wink at him and Livvy runs over to me. I lift her up and she starts to cry in my arms.

"I'm sowwey moma I didn't mwean to get you huwt."She says.

"It's okay Livvy, look mommy's is okay and I'm happy you are to." I say rocking her back and forth.

She stops crying and looks up at me.

"It's wove you moma." She says and kissing me on the cheek.

I put her down and she runs over to Aaron and he lifts her up. I put my arms out and Liam and Eva come running over to me. I hold onto them tightly.

"Your like a super hero mom." Says Liam and I giggle.

"Well she is my daughter and I'm not going to let anything happen to her." I say.

"Not just for Olivia." Says Eva in my ear and she touches my wedding rings and smiles up at me.

Killian's phone rings and he just stares at it. Everyone walks out of the room and I walk over to him. I still down next to him and lean my head and he shoulder. He turns off his phone before I can see who was calling him. I stand up quickly.

"I...I... I can go if you want." I say crossing my arms.

"No Swan. I don't want you to do that." He says as tears fall down his face.

"What's wrong." I ask sitting down closely next to him.

"There is something I need to tell you." He says taking my hands in his.

"What is it, spill Jones." I say looking up at him.

"Emma it's about me." He says standing up and pulling me up.

I stand up with him. "What is it Killian." I ask putting my arms around his neck.

"Emma it's my dad, and Liam. They are threatening to take my family away from me if I marry you again." He says tears falling down his face.

I brush the tears away and kiss him deeply.

"Don't worry we can get through this okay, they said if I married you again so we don't need to get married again yet." I say smiling up at him.

He smiles down at me.

"That's my Swan." He says pulling me into his arms.

His phone buzzes and I turn around and pick it up quickly.

"Know you have crossed the line." Says a text from his dad.

I throw the phone across the room just as my phone rings.

Emma: "Hello this is Emma Swan can I help you?"

Brennan: "Yes Miss. Swan, so it was your idea to do this so say good bye to your little Livvy first." He hangs up.

I run into the room where all of the kids were but Liam and Eva are tied up and Livvy and Aaron are missing and I see Aaron's wife on the ground something keeping her from running after Aaron. I see Aaron run out of the house with Livvy in his arms. I roll my eyes and then chase after them and tackle Aaron to the ground. I pick Livvy up and hold her tightly. She cries in my arms. Killian runs out of the house the kids and Aaron's wife following closely behind. I see Brennan and Liam standing watching us.

"Thanks" Says Aaron as he stands up and crosses his arms at Brennan and Liam.

"Okay, I'm really confused. My own brother tried to kidnap my baby? What is going on?" I say grabbing my brothers arm and turning him around.

"See the little Swan is not going to run away this time. That's a change." Says Liam.

"Ouch that hurt. What the he'll do you want?" I says smiling at Liam.

"Well we wanted to keep yu away from Killian. He deserves a better woman like Milah." They guy say and I hear Killian sigh.

I turn around and see him looking at the ground.

"Killian who is Milah?" I ask.

"Emma she's nobody. Im marrying you not her." He says still not looking at me.

Right then at the perfect timing a really good looking girl drives up to the house and parks next to Killian's car. She gets out and runs and hugs Killian and kisses him on the lips. That's when my whole world comes crashing down but I smile through it because I know Killian and I can work this out... hopefully.
