The Accident

Liam's birthday

I packed up everything for moving. I'm moving to a town close to here so I can see my kids and my parents sometimes. I haven't really been out a lot after my fiasco with Killian which is a good thing. Livvy is know five months and she is starting to pick up some of her father's features. Her eyes are mix of my green and Killian's blue.

She is already starting to eat some regular food and she loves it when she gets to hang out without me. I'm glad she won't be to attached.

I put her in her car seat and we drive to our new house.

I get out and take her out and my parents take her inside while I unpack all of our things. This is hopefully a temporary house. I'm hoping I will get my job in Canada but I'm not sure I will.

When we finish unpacking everything I put Livvy to bed and fall asleep on the couch in her room. I wake up to Livvy giggling downstairs with my parents. I walk down and when she sees me she calls out to me. I lift her up.

"Hey Emma do you want to take Livia to the new park in Storybrooke. I know you don't really want to go back there but why not and we are having a birthday party for Liam there." Says my mom.

"Oh I didn't know about my own sons birthday party. Why not we should go crash it. Hear that Livvy Marie we are going to crash your brothers birthday party." She screams excitedly and I bring her upstairs and put on a cute dress that was Maríe-Belle's.

Tears fill my eyes seeing her in that dress, it brings back so many memories. I brush her little hair and then put on some socks. I put her in my parents car and sit next to her and we drive back to Storybrooke. We pull up to the park and Liam, Eva and Killian walk up to the car not seeing me or Livvy in the car.

They get out and then open the door on Livvy side and take her out and I get out of the car and walk around.

I'm wearing this nice dress with my hair in some simple curls I pair it with some boots so it looks more casual.

Livvy cries out for me because there is so many people. She screams and I take her out of my mom's arms.

"Shhhhhh it's okay moma's here." I say and she calms down.

Killian is just staring at Livvy with tears in his eyes. I walk away over to Killian's sister. I side hug her and Livvy hides her face in my chest.

"She's so cute. Listen I know this might be crazy but she looks alot like you but she has some of Killian's features. Who is the father Emma?" She asks.

I role my eyes. "Don't talk about it." I say.

She smiles. "I knew it, it will get around you know." She whispers to me.

"I know..." I say looking at little Livvy.

"Okay everyone!!" Yells Killian's mother. She smiles over at me, I smile back. "This is not just a party for Liam, so you can see someone decided to show up with another little on and not many of us know who this little girl is so we are all going to go around at catch up with everyone and then Emma is going to talk to us about this cutey and then Liam will open his gifts."

I smile at Livvy who is staring at Killian. He is talking with Will but he glances my way. I know they are talking about me and Livvy. I walk over to them.

"Was it a mistake comming to my son's party or was it a mistake that nobody invited me?" I ask a little loudly.

People around me gasp and Liam hugs me tightly. Killian looks down at his feet angrily.

"Well sorry that you had a affaire and I'm angry at you." He says crossing his arms and looking up at me

"Why the hell would I have a affair Killian? Tell me why? I was in love and I had a great family? Why would I do that?" I say tears falling down my face.

"Because you are the bitch who killed our daughter and her son." He says angrily.

"Killian I didn't do that!" I say my voice catching on his name.

"Why don't I just announce to the world. I didn't have a affair if that's what he has been telling you. This is Olivia Marie Haley Swan or her last name could have been Jones if Killian didn't ruin everything. Know just focus on my son and ignore everything that has happened this past year." I say and walk away. "Have a good party, Liam I will send you your gift soon." I say and walk away.

I walk down the side walk and tears run down my face like crazy. Killian grabs my arms and turns me around.

"Emma I'm so sorry. I have been blinded by Henry and Maríe-Belle's deaths that I could think straight. I'm so sorry I made a fool out of you. Please just come back and celebrate Liam birthday." He says.

My heart breaks in two and I can't control my self. I put my free arm around his neck and kiss him passionately. I pull away after a while.

"We both know that can't happen. See you around Jones." I say smiling fakely up at him.

I walk away and bring Livvy to the castle. (Henry's castle in the first season.) I sit down placing Livvy in my lap. Tears fall down my face. After a while I hear people looking for me. I probably look like a mess but I don't care. I see Killian walking down the road nervously my parents following closely behind him.

I wipe my tears away and rock sleeping Livvy back and forth.

"Emma!" Yells Killian. He runs up to me and kneels down in front of me.

"Are you okay?" He says taking my free hand.

"I'm fine." I say standing up. "Let's go home." I say to my parents.

We walk back to the car and they drive me home. Killian standing awkwardly with Liam and Eva. When I get home my parents take Livvy off my hands and they drive back to Storybrooke with her. I need a break. I sit on my bed in my bra and shorts and cry my eyes out.

"Oh Killian I wish this never happened." I cry out.

I lay down under my covers and fall asleep. After a while I hear a nock on the door. I stand up and put on a sweater. One of Killian sweaters that I took with me. I walk downstairs and open the door. Killian is standing there with tears in his eyes. I know my makeup is running so I think he can tell I'm sad.

I brush my falling tears away and try and smile up at him but I end up breaking down. I fall to the ground crying my eyes out. He gets down to my level and wraps his arms around me and pulls me into his chest. He lifts me up and carries me inside and brings me upstairs to my room. He sits me down and sits down next to me.
