Ch.41 The Yule Ball Part 2

Justin and I walked out of The Great Hall hand in hand. Justin had pulled a pin out of my hair that let it all fall out in blonde waves. We walked around the hall ways laughing and talking. I turned around walking so I was facing Justin,now I was holding both of his hands. We can still hear the music playing and people screaming. We reach an area where carriages several stood lined up. Some of them shaking. Disgusting. Suddenly I see Snape and Igor. He seems to be checking the carriages for students. Justin wraps his arms around my waist as Snape runs to a carriage next to Justin and I and says "Lumos". A second later the window opens and reveals two students. Snape swings open the door and the two of them file out. "Thats 10 points from Hufflepuff and the same for Ravenclaw."Snape says to the two of them. They run off fixing their clothes and hair. Snape closes the carriage door and turns to Justin and I.

"I would strongly advise for you two to clear away.Don't want to be getting any ideas,Do we?"Snape says glaring at Justin's arms around my waist. Justin quickly unfolds them,coughing awkwardly and Snape turns away with Karkroff. As soon as we were away from Snape Justin and I started breaking down laughing. He grabs my hand again. I gradually stop laughing and turn to Justin.I place my hands on his shoulders,our chests pressed against each other.I look up at him and he pushes his lips against mine. His hands fall down to my back. In between kisses I giggle and smile. My hands slid up behind neck. "We....should.....get....back."Justin whispers in between kisses. "Or..."I say breaking away. "We could stay out here"I continue running off. Justin laughs chasing after me.

I kick off my shoes still running. I honestly don't care what happens to them. I just want to be want get away from everything. Justin grabs my shoulder and spins me around still laughing. "Cinderella"He says in a mocking voice. He has both my shoes in his hands. "I have at last found you."He continues. He sounds like a prince in a movie. I lean against the wall as Justin bends down to put my shoes on. He slips them onto my feet and stands up again. "Here."He says turning around offering me a piggyback. I jump on his back and wrap my arms loosely around his neck and my legs around waist. He continues to walk with me on his back. "Did I tell you my parents are forcing me to go to Malfoy Manor for Christmas?"I ask nuzzling into his neck. "What?No!"Justin reply's. "Hey its fine. I'm going to spend as much time as I can away from Draco.". "Oh I forgot to give you something" Justin says stopping. I jump down from his back. He pulls a box from his pocket.

"Justin you didn't have to"I say looking at the box in his hand. "Nonsense.Merry Christmas."Justin says placing a peck on my cheek. He hands me the box.Inside the box a pair of earrings. The stones are The Blue Andamooka Opal.I smile up at him and say "Opals" "Yeah I noticed they were the color of your eyes." Justin says. "If you don't like them I can bring them back and-"Justin continues but I cut him off saying "They're beautiful. Thank you. And by the way that's why I'm called opal"I say taking the earrings out of the box. "Huh?"Justin asks confused.  "My name is Opal because my eyes are the color of The Blue Andamooka Opal"I say looking at them. They are cast in silver. That's good because I'm allergic to gold. Justin starts to mess with my hair. I smile. "You know even though you're beautiful both ways, I prefer your brown hair"
