Chapter 28

Anthony pov

I'm so happy that Jazzy is pregnant. Today, we are going to tell everyone at the theater about the baby (ik that i said they left, but for the story, pretend the whole original cast has returned and is back in the show). I hope they're as excited as we are!

"Babe, are you almost ready?" I shout to Jazzy from the kitchen. "Babe?" I question after a minute of no response. I quickly make my way to our bedroom to make sure that Jazzy is ok and I find her in front of the mirror with her shirt pulled up.

"What the hell are you doing?" I ask, laughing.

"Shut up, Anthony, I'm looking at my bump!" Jazzy exclaims.

Oh no. Jazzy is already excited about having a bump and we don't even know how far along she is.

"Jazzy, I'm not saying this to rain on your parade, but we don't even know how far along you are. You might not have a bump for a while" I say cautiously. Well, curse hormones, because Jazzy looks up at me with tears running down her cheeks.

"What? I'm not gonna get to see my bump for a few months?" I run over to her and engulf her in a hug.

"Yeah, I'm sorry baby, but you and I both know that the baby is in there, so no need to cry." I rub soothing circles on Jazzy's back and I hear her sniffle against my chest and I feel her wipe her eyes.

"Ok. Let's go before we're late, sound good?" I question.

"Yeah, let's go" Jazzy smiles weakly.

time skip to after they walk to the theater

Jazzy pov

Ant and I enter the theater and he runs off to have Lin get everyone on stage. A few minutes later, Anthony is by my side and the cast is looking at us with anticipation, wondering what we're going to say.

"So, as you guys know, Anthony and I are engaged and we are extremely happy," "You're not breaking up, are you?!" Lin screams. "NO!" Anthony and I shout back. The cast giggles at our strong reaction and I continue.

"Anyway, no, we are not breaking up, in fact I think our new addition will bring us together..." I watched as each cast member's face lit up, figuring out what I was saying.

"OH MY GOSH I'M GONNA BE AN UNCLE!" Daveed screams.

The cast erupted into cheers and laughter as they ran up to hug us.

"It's a baby Schuyler Sister!" Pippa chirped to my belly.

"Girl, I knew this was gonna happen some day, but not this soon!" Renee said. I laughed and Renee hugged me while saying "I am so happy for you, Jazzy."

Next was Lin, and when he came up to me and Ant, he was hysterical.

"You guys! I can't believe Janthony is having a baby! Do you know how long i've been waiting for this?! Come here!" Lin cried as he pulled me and Ant into a group hug.

After everyone finished congratulating us, the cast dispersed to go get ready for the show. Anthony and I are left walking hand and hand to our dressing rooms. We approach mine and he whispers "Have a great show, you guys."

"Ant, if you want the girls to hear you saying to have a good show you should speak up." "I wasn't talking about the girls." "Then why did you say 'you guys'?" "Because I was talking to you and the baby."

Anthony's answer takes me by surprise, but then I remember how ecstatic we are about this baby.

"Aw, thank you babe. I love you" I smile as I passionately kiss Anthony.

"Woah, we don't need what made that goin on in the hallway!" Groff exclaims while pointing to my stomach.

"Shut up!" I yell after him.

I turn back to Anthony and give him a quick peck before slipping into my dressing room, but not before I hear him say

"I love you guys."
