Blow A Kiss

* Chapter 2 *

I entered the room, my hands were for unkown reasons shaking, Mr Millit gestured me to so sit in front of him. I obliged with a weak smile.

Our conversation about my experience in this job went well, not as I expected it to go, I was happy when Mr Millit said he accepted me to work for him.

I thanked him repeatedly and walked out of his office feeling like I was flying.

I arrived home, and found Jason and Caroline waiting for me..

" Where have you been, Amylee?" Caroline (my brother's wife) asked with a harsh tone.

I wanted to answer using the same tone, but I decided against it for my brother's sake " Well first of all, I searched for a job on the internet and I found one so I went to apply for it and I got accepted. " I said in a low voice.

" Without telling us? "

" I am 21, who should I tell ? If you mean I should ask for your permission, you are totally wrong my dear . " I was getting angry now.

" Jason, have you heard what has your sister just said? " she glared at Jason.

" If you're looking for a fight, I am not up for one, especially today, I got a job, I am happy and i'm not going to let you ruin it. " I said then walked to my bedroom and slammed the door behind me. I heard her talking to my brother, but I didn't give a shit.

My first day at work is going to be on monday as Mr Millit told me. And today is saturday so I should probably go to do some shopping tomorrow, I kept thinking and thinking until I found myself asleep.

The light of the bright sun woke me up at morning, I grabbed my phone to see that it was noon.

" Oh my Lord, why did I sleep until now?! "

I quickly stood up from my bed, as I turned the knob of my door, I heard my brother and his wife talking SURELY ABOUT ME.

" Just let her sleep, Caroline she may have gotten tired. " it was my brother's voice.

I walked out of my room and straight to the bathroom, I turned the hot water on and got inside the bathtub, the hot water always relaxed my muscles, minutes later I finished and headed back to my room, it was an incredible thing not seeing Caroline from the morning. Well just hearing her voice was much better than seeing her.

I changed into a skirt and a simple shirt, I curled my red hair, and traced a line of eyeliner then put on some mascara, I grabbed my bag and went out of my room, already've known what was waiting for me.

" Well, well, well you finally showed up? "

" Where is my brother? "

" At work, where else should he be! Where are you going Miss Amylee? "

" I'm going to get some stuff from the mall " I said quickly and walked out of the flat.

I arrived to the mall, I walked in most of the shops, I bought some nice clothes and decided to go back home.

The rest of the day went well and I found myself pretty excited about my first day at work. I sat my alarm at 6am and closed my eyes.
