Monday morning.
I woke up on the comfortable king-sized bed, of the room that became mine, near Natali's, by the sound of the alarm that showed it was 6:30am.
The room was neither huge nor very small, quite large, which was enough for me. It had a bathroom and it was the most thing I liked, since I loved to freshen up every morning. It was painted in a light purple and a blue colour.
I forced myself off of the bed and straight to the bathroom, I stepped in the bathtub and opened the hot water that plunged down my body.
I quickly washed my hair and body then got out of the bath.
I decided to wear a white shirt with a few red buttons on it, and light blue jeans, with red sneaks.
I traced a thin line of eyeliner, and put a little mascara.
I didn't hear any sound in the house so I supposed Nati was still asleep, I grabbed my bag after pulling my phone and a few things in it then headed out of the room.
The house was empty so she might have left.
I quickly made a mug of coffee, drank it and stepped out of the house.
The cold wind slipped through my skin and I made my way back to the door to bring a coat or something, but that was when I remembered that I didn't have the key of the house.
" Shit! "
I had nothing else to do, other than just go to work.
-
I arrived to the building and quickly entered it in order to avoid the sharp air from dancing more through my skin.
As always I waved a Hi to Sydney and went to my office.
I reached it, and noticed something on the desk. There was a file.
Certainly from miss Hipp giving me some sort of work that Mr Millit needed.
There were a few papers and also a note. The note read 'Re-write the underlined lines in a formal way and neatly. Ellie.'
So miss Hipp was Ellie. Aha.
I sat down and started my work seriously, I did as told and took a long time to finish as I wanted it to be perfect.
.
.
.
Lunch time came by, and I found myself exiting the office to the cantine.
I walked into the large space and scanned the tables, of course mine was taken. I directly noticed the curly haired boy sitting alone, so I thought I may join.
" Mind if I join? " He looked up at me from whatever he was doing on his phone and nodded.
I pulled a chair out then remembered I haven't brought my food yet.
So I did it and came back to the table.
" So how have you been? " I started talking so as to drag a conversation.
" Good, you? "
Shit, shit and shit, why is he acting so coldly!
" Fine actually. "
The rest of the lunch was silent and I couldn't drag any conversation, because he was giving me some brief answers which killed me. He suddenly stood up " I have to go now, I have a lot of work left to do. "
" Okay. " was all I could say.
He turned on his heels and left me there.
Anger was boiling within me. Why is he doing that? Did I do anything wrong?
