"No, no. Like this." Uni said, changing the course of Tommys movements.
"God, this is a mess." Tommy laughed.
"Not entirely! You just gotta get the hang of it first!" Uni tried to reassure him. "Practice makes perfect, you know."
"Nothing's ever perfect."
"Such a downer, aren't ya? Come on, try it. Follow my lead." Uni swayed his hips, and Tommy tried to copy his movements.
If you couldn't guess already, Uni was trying to teach Tommy how to dance. And it'd be working if Tommy would just try to cooperate! Which respectively, he kinda was, but he still didn't believe he'd ever be able to do it, and that was what was holding him back.
"Why are you doing this anyway? I never asked for lessons or anything."
"I just thought it'd be fun. Besides, if an occasion ever arises where I get to dance with you, I want to be able to take it."
"You'd take it either way."
"Take it and not look like a idiot." Tommy laughed at him again. A few moments passed between them.
"What kind of situation would we be in where you'd have to dance with me?" Tommy asked after those few moments.
"I can think of a few." Tommy raised an eyebrow.
"Really, now? Name one."
"Well, um... a wedding! What if someone gets married? You'd have to be able to dance there."
"Cute, Uni. But who do we know that's gonna get married anytime soon?"
"Well, nobody... but I still think you should know how, just in case!"
Tommy sighed, and pressed his body closer to the taller males.
"Was this was just an excuse to get closer to me?"
"That was part of it." Uni said, resting his head on top of Tommys.
"Thought so." Tommy said teasingly.
Uni rocked them back and forth slightly, swaying to the music he had put on earlier, long scince forgotten. There were no real dance moves being made, just the two of them standing in their living room, holding onto each other. Ashlie would probably be screaming right now.
The songs Uni had made into a small playlist for them had stopped now, leaving quiet in its departure.
Then, Uni began to hum a soft melody Tommy recognized. It was a song that had been on the radio for a few months now, and Uni liked listening to it whenever it was on.
He started to slowly sing from the begging.
"I met you in the dark, you lit me up.
You made me feel as though I was enough.
We danced the night away, we drank too much.
I held your hair back when
You were throwing up."
He took Tommys hands in his own, turning them softly.
"Then you smiled over your shoulder
For a minute, I was stone-cold sober
I pulled you closer to my chest
And you asked me to stay over
I said, I already told ya
I think that you should get some rest."
Tommy smiled at him as he continued.
"I knew I loved you then
But you'd never know
'Cause I played it cool when I was scared of letting go
I know I needed you
But I never showed
But I wanna stay with you until we're grey and old."
Tommy sang the next verse with him, scince it was really the only one he knew.
"Just say you won't let go~

It went back to just Uni.
"I'll wake you up with some breakfast in bed
I'll bring you coffee with a kiss on your head."
Uni spun Tommy around.
"And I'll take the kids to school
Wave them goodbye
And I'll thank my lucky stars for that night."
He spun Tommy another time.
"When you looked over your shoulder
For a minute, I forgot that I'm older
I wanna dance with you right now."
Uni dipped him, surprising Tommy a bit.
"Oh, you look as beautiful as ever
And I swear that every day you'll get better
You make me feel this way somehow."
He pressed a kiss to Tommys nose.
"I'm so in love with you
And I hope you know
Darling your love is more than worth its weight in gold
We've come so far my dear
Look how we've grown

They both sang.

He spun both him and Tommy around in a circle.
"I'm gonna love you till
My lungs give out
I promise till death we part like in our vows
So I write this song for you, now everybody knows
'Cause now it's just you and me till were grey and old."
Uni pressed a kiss to Tommys lips.
"Just say you won't let go~

They finished, and smiled at each other.
"You really remembered all those lyrics, didn't you?"
"What? I like the song. Besides, I wanted to sing it to you for this special occasion!" Tommy raised an eyebrow at him.
"Special occasion?"
"Well, I was gonna ask you during dinner later, but I figured now's a good time as any, so Tommy, I was wondering..." Uni went to pull something out of his pocket, kneeling down in front of his boyfriend. Tommys eyes widened, and his hands went to his mouth.
"I was wondering if you'd be kind enough to marry me?" Uni asked, already sure on the answer.
"Yes! Of course yes! Oh my god, I love you so much." Tommy said, kneeling down aswell and kissing his now fiancé.
Uni slipped the ring onto his finger, and went back to kissing him.
They sat together on the floor, hugging each other tightly.
"Everyone else is gonna freak, ya know." Tommy stated quietly.
"Honestly," Uni started. "I'm looking forward to it."
"Heh, I guess so. Now, Ashlie's gonna freak, but think about the other two. Think about Dawn! Oh god, this is gonna be interesting."
"Yeah." Uni replied, lovingly. "It's gonna be funny."
