Chapter 23

A.K P.O.V

I reached my home. After having dinner i went straight to my room. I refreshed myself and lied over my bed. Then my phone rang "Hello A.K here." " Hello Mr A.K how are you?" I don't know who is this. " Yes am fine. May i know who is this?" " Ha ha ha.. I know you will be fine, also you will be more than fine. What is going on between you and rathiksha?" He asked. " Excuse me who are you to ask this? Mind your business Mr." I said. " Mr A.K you are presently handling one important case do you remember that?" Which case is he talking about? Then i remembered it," This means?? You are???" " Yes i am that one. I called you twice to know the status of my case but you are deviated from the case." " Sir no sir actually she is my friend." " Mr A.K i need the result within April 10. Understood​?" " Look sir i am working for you i agree. But you are not having any rights to involve in my personal life. Be in your limits." I said. He laughed again. " Stay away from her Mr. You will know why soon." By saying this he hanged up the call. " Strange." I said to myself. Numerous thoughts flashed in my mind but soon i drifted to sleep.

Rathi P.O.V

Two days to go for my birthday. While thinking this i remembered and dialled the number " Hello riya??" " Yes rathi tell me." She said. " Within two days you have delivery, do you remember?" " Rathi this is nth time you are telling. You are calling me and telling this don't you have any other work?" " Riya i need you to be.." before i could finish she said " i need to be careful, healthy, eat well, sleep well blah blah blah.. rathi you are such an irritating doctor." " Oh really? You are such a lazy goose." " Hello madam you know who is lazy." " Ok ok fine. You are good right??" " Am perfect rathi. Don't be worried ok?" " Ok riya take care." " Rathi." " Tell me riya." " Rathi if anything happened to me, will you take care of both of my children? Rakesh and my daughter." "Riya don't be stupid nothing will happen. Be strong. " " Rathi please don't leave them ok?" "Riya please don't make me cry. I can't tolerate it." Suddenly my door swing open. Who is that idiot with out my permission entering my cabin.  "A.K??" Riya in phone heared that name "What ??A.K came? Give the phone to him i need to talk to him." She said. " Shut up" I said and cut the call. " Miss Rathiksha the time is 11 pm what are you doing here?" He asked. "What 11pm?" I saw my watch. Last time i saw my watch it was 10 pm. " Miss Rathiksh your dad called me. He is going out with your mom for some function so he asked me to drop you in your home." He said. I gave hifi to myself. At night long drive with my love. This is going to be romantic.😍 "Ok Mr A.K lets go." I said. We both got out from the hospital. I sat in front seat near him. I put my seat belt. " Rathiksha shall we move??" He asked. " Yes " i said. After few minutes i felt he is driving in different direction. "Where are we going?" I asked. "You will know it." He said. He drove the car near a mountain. There one place he stopped the car. Oh no what is he doing? Many wrong things crossed over my mind. He came near me. I started to chant Om nama shivaya om nama shivaya continuously. He came near me and caught my hand. My fear hitched. The place is cool. Suddenly he stopped and turned towards me. Don't worry i will not hurt you. See the place. He said. I turned to see it. Wow.. I was surrounded my  mountains. I was standing at the centre. It was full moon day. The moon was closer to us. It is in between two mountains. The stars are dancing in the sky. "Its beautiful" my words broke the silence. He smiled and came near me. "You called someone right??" He said. " What? Whom? When?" He laughed. " See there " He said. My eyes popped out of the socket. "Eswara.." There was a lingam idol. Its was shining in the moon light. " It is is.." "Maragadha (Emerald) lingam." He said " Yes. How do you know this place?" This is my favourite place. When ever i feel dejected or depressed i will come here.  Lord shiva is my favourite. Also this lingam has a specialty. You know what?" I just gave a blank expression. " This lingam will be maragdha (emerald) lingam only on full moon day. Other days it will be normal black stone lingam." He said. My jaw dropped to the floor. "Really?" I asked. "Yes. What ever you ask to him, he will give." He said and caught my hand and said "Come we can go near." We both went near. I closed my eyes and prayed.

A.K P.O.V

I know that she will get afraid. But she believed me and came with me. She is having more respect​ and faith on me. I wish that will turn to love soon. I prayed to my god that i need to love her till my death. What ever the problem arises i will be with her forever. Her love is all i want. I will do anything for that. " Do you know the history of this place?" She asked. "Actually this place has many stories. What ever may be the reason i like this place. Most of the time i will spend here. You know one thing?" I asked "What?" She asked. "You are the first one other than me to come here." "What??" She screamed.
