Chapter 25

Rathi P.O.V

When the clock striked 12 my mom, dad, sister, ram and laksh came to my room. "Happy birthday rathiksha.." They screamed like loud speaker. "Ah my ears" I said. "My sister​ hugged me first. Then my mom dad and after that laksh and ram. My favourite black forest cake and ice cream cake. I cut both the cake and fed to all. There was face make up with cake. My dad and mom left us and went. We four were playing like kids. "Hae rathi did A.K called you." He asked. Oh no i kept my hands on my mouth. "A.K??" Both ram and prathi asked in same time. I smiled sheepishly. "Rathi are you hiding something from me?" Prathi asked while ram is starring at me. "Oh no am sorry rathi." Laksh said. I thought of killing him. "A.K is my friend." I said. " Rathi tell me the truth" said prathi. "Ok actually prathi  I like A.K." I said and closed my eyes. When i open my eyes their mouth was wide opened. "Rathi are you serious??" Ram asked. "Rathi what are you saying? You know dad don't like this?" " Yes. I love him and i need him life long." " Do you believe him rathi? I have doubts on him" Ram said. "No ram he is good. I believe him whole heartedly." I said. "Rathi think twice. This is your life." Prathi said. "Hae am not going to marry him today. Even i didn't propose him still." "What??" Three asked at the same time. "Rathi wait let him propose." Prathi said. "Why always a boy must propose a girl?" Laksh asked. "Yes." Prathi said. Then they both started to argue. I smiled to myself. Then my phone rang. "What??" I screamed. " I will be there in few minutes." I said and cut the call. "Ram come with me. Riya is serious." We both exited the home and reached hospital in few minutes. "Doctor she is serious. We can't do anything." I ran to her. " Rathi save my child​ rathi." Riya cried to me. "Rathi save my riya." Rakesh cried to me."Everything will be okay. Rakesh you stay outside." I said. "No rathi i can't leave her." He said. "Rakesh please understand. Wait outside." I said little hard. "Suddenly riya caught​ rakesh hand and said "I love you rakesh" he bended and kissed her forehead​ and said "Love you too riya." and left the place. "Rathi its paining i can't tolerate rathi." She screamed. "Riya try to push a little the child." I said. "Rathi my chest is paining​ rathi. I can't breathe." Oh no two at a time. How am i going to save her. "Rathi rathi.." she said. "Doctor the baby..." Screamed the nurse.

Rakesh P.O.V

I can't stand outside simply without seeing her. Her words " I love you rakesh" is echoing in my ears. Riya I need you. Suddenly i heard baby crying. That sound gave me happiness. Rathi came out with the baby. "Its a girl." She said. I took her in my arms. While seeing my girl in my arms i felt i am newly born. I kissed her in forehead. "Where is riya?" I asked. "Nurse" she called. A nurse came. "Take the baby." She said. I didn't give my girl to her "Rathi i need to see riya." I said. "Rakesh. Riya gave her love and life to you. Now she is no more." I was in shock. Tears rolled down from my eyes. "Rathi please don't lie." " Rakesh. Her last wish is you and little riya should be happy." "Nooo..." I screamed and sat on floor and cried like anything. "Riya... Please come back."I saw my girl in my hand. "Why did your mom left you and me? What i know? I don't know even to take care of me." I cried. "Rakesh come down. Please." She also cried. Behind her riya dead body arrived. I can't see her in this way. I cried a lot again. I kept the baby near her "Please wake up riya one time please tell me something​. Please open your eyes riya." The baby also started to cry. "Rakesh.. Please don't..." Before she could finish i stromed "You only killed her. I lost my riya beacause of you. Do you know the value of relationship? After this don't ever come to see me." "Rakesh please come down. " "Enough rathi. I will take my child and riya with me. You are unfit to be a doctor. Get out of my sight."

Rathi P.O.V

I am lifeless. I killed her?. I am the reason. Yes i killed her. "Rakesh watch your words." Ram screamed. "No ram he is right i killed her." I said. "Rathi don't blabber something." He started to argue with rakesh but i cut him off and left that place. " Rathi rathi." Ram screamed and ran behind me. I am soulless. I was walking like a dead soul. Only one thing is echoing in my mind " I killed riya." Ram took me to home. When i entered the home. I need to hug my mom and dad. But when i entered i saw A.K. " Mr Narayanan we are arresting you for kidnapping case." A.K said. " What??" I screamed. " You are a criminal Mr Narayanan." He said. " Watch your words Mr.Ayush Kannan." I said. Everyone turned towards me.
