These simple posters around the school
The ones that say "No Bullies" or "Stay Cool!"Does anyone think they matter?
Or do they think the latterThat posters and signs don't work much at all
Bullies still go on, victims still fallBut, what would help, may I ask?
Is there anything that's up to the task?Or is highschool a battleground each day
The victims the casualty while bullies playI must say, I prefer the color to blank white walls
But what's the point of color in these halls? It's merely pleasing to the eye
But, underneath the color a cryOf the bullied ones, the victims of school
These posters are their only toolBut, no one cares, or listens at all
Not here at school, in these hallsThese halls are the bane of the meek
Their cries sadly are much to weakBut, the bullies also do fear
But they hide it behind a sneerBoth sides oppressed, both in fear
Both of them trying to be in the clearBut it doesn't work that way
Now it's time to give YOUR saySo, give up the fight
Instead, hug in the lightCome out from the dark
It's time for us to shine like a larkPut bullying to rest,
It's up to you what's best[Art is not mine]

Hey it's ya boi Cassia!
And today I bring you some serious news, so please listen.
Have you ever been bullied, or BEEN the bully yourself?
I have, sadly I was a bully as well as I have been bullied.
Both sides of the spectrum are terrible. As a victim, you live in fear. You are constantly looking over your shoulder, going to long way to avoid them, and always on edge.
As the bully, you live to terrorize others. People you believe are inferior to you, or don't deserve the simple rights everyone else does because they're better than you. You're jealous of what they can do, so you try to crush whatever hope they have left.
But, what people don't understand is how easy it would be to put a stop to all of this.
"But to stop bullying, everyone would have to work together."
And that's hard to do why?
"Because people don't change!"
There you go.
People believe that humanity DOESN'T change easily.
And most of the time? They're right.
But, YOU can make a difference.
Smile at someone. Just a friendly smile, a wave, even a little "Hi, how are you?" can make a difference in someone's day.
So, give it a try.
Please.Until next time,
