Chapter 6

Ross pov-

"Where's Ell?" I asked Rydel who joined me in the lounge

"I don't know. I think he went out somewhere"

"Lottie's" Rocky informed us as he walked into the lounge

"What about Lottie?" Riker asked joining us

" he's gone out with her" Rocky said holding a note. "Geez has no one been to the fridge!"

I picked up my phone and called him but got no reply. I was proud that he was putting himself out there again after what happened last time.

"Fridge?" Riker questioned

"It was on the bacon" Rocky laughed "trust Ell"

We all got up and headed to the pool

"Sorry can't join you today" Riker said fake pouting "going out with Eva"

We all fake pouted back and told him to have fun as he left.

"To the pool!" I shouted

*8:25*

"Hey!" A familiar voice called through the house

" Ratliff!!" We all chorused running inside

"Sooo how was it?" I said sassily placing my hand under my chin

"Fun" he replied sitting on the sofa

"Tell me more"

"Like does she have a car?!" Riker shouted from the other room

"Riker! No she doesn't have a car and we went to the park" he smiled

"Oo the park. Romantic" I teased

"Shut up!"

I sat next to him and he sighed

"You meeting up again?" I questioned and he shrugged with a sad look in his eye

"Did she have fun?"

"Yeah I think so" he smiled a little happier

"We'll ask her to go somewhere again then"

He nodded with a smile

"Do you like her?" I questioned

"Yeah, as a friend"

It was obvious that he was lying.

I got up and left him to text her. I see why he likes her, she seems sweet.
