Who knew?

Chapter 6

I was getting settled into my seat in the plane for the long journey back to Canada when I heard a familiar voice down the narrow walk way of the plane. Sophie and I had been split up so I sat in the window seat with two empty seats next to me.

"Phil, we're over here" I heard the voice say, and then I saw him. It was Dan, and I assumed it was his friend Phil that he did his radio show with.

He walked over to my row and started to put a backpack into the overhead compartment. I couldn't even begin to describe how ecstatic I was.

"Alex!" he said excitedly when he sat down next to me and realized who I was.

"Oh hey" I tried to hold in the excitement. "Why are you on a plane to Canada?" I asked, obviously confused.

"We're actually on our way to visit one of our YouTube friends, I had no idea that you'd be on this flight". He told me.

I nodded and we took off. I slept most of the plane ride, which wasn't helping the jet lag. I awoke to the pilot saying "We will be arriving in London in 15 minutes. Local time is 4:45pm. Thank you for flying with us, enjoy your stay in Ontario."

We got off the plane and collected our luggage. My parents were waiting outside of Arrivals for me. I was bombarded by hugs and questions about what I did and if I enjoyed my trip. I answered them and asked if we could go home because I was hungry.

We ended up getting Subway and then we made it home.

I watched TV with my parents until about 9pm when I excused myself. I went into my room and took my laptop out of my carry-on. I opened it up and a small piece of paper fell out and onto my blanket. It was a note. It read:

Alex, you're a cute sleeper, anyway, meet me in the middle of Victoria Park on Saturday at 1:45pm

"Saturday is two days away" I said to myself "That's a long wait"

I fell asleep with a smile on my face. 2 sleeps left.

A/N a few things 1: this chapter is dedicated to EllieBernadette for being the first person to comment, THANKS. 2: 130 reads is crazy and I appreciate everyone who reads this. 3: I'm not entirely happy with this chapter. But yay, Dan is in Canada. And 4: I will try to update at least once a week, but there will be another one either tonight or tomorrow. This chapter would've been up yesterday but I fell asleep while I was writing. ANYWAY, thanks for 130 reads and hopefully the chapters will be better in the future.
